They have a automated drive thru ordering system. Like calling your cable company. Suprisingly it worked, I am not a fan of it. Thats a personal opinion. Order was correct, hot and timely at the drive thru. Its a good alternative to other chicken chains. Maybe there is a actual human inside to take my order. Good job otherwise.
Lees is the only fried chicken place I'll buy from. It's the only one that tastes good enough to be worth the heart attack risk.
Food was good & hot. Employees were friendly & efficient. Prices are getting expensive. And they really do need to update their buildings (all locations). They were getting old when I worked there 35yrs ago.
Service was very efficient and loved that they had livers and gizzards still on the menu! Will return just for that reason alone!
Usually lees is great but I got a chicken sandwich and the top bun was stale. Also they were out of bourbon dippers.
Got a family meal and they left out a large side. Tried to call store because i live about 20 min to see about an adjustment amd the dial tone to the store is busy.
Walking in is quicker, packed on Wednesdays but you can't beat the special anywhere, and orders are always precise. Go at least once a week and always satisfied
This was our first time at this particular location, and we used the drive-through to order 3 meals. Food was well prepared, piping hot, and delicious. Each order was exactly correct. Service was friendly and prompt. Portions ample.

Although they changed the pricing up recently, it’s still a great deal as you get a lot of food for the price. Make sure you ask for extra napkins as they typically only put on in the bag. I always forget to ask!
Hats off to Jeremy and his catering crew for all the work they did in helping to make our daughter’s wedding special! The food was awesome and the catering crew went above and beyond our expectations! Will definitely use them again! Jeremy was awesome to work with! Thank you!
