Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken, Dayton OH

I used to go to this location on average twice a week, but there were times where the food was so salty I could not eat it. Third time it happened, which was on a Friday where they had boneless chicken special, I stopped going altogether. It was NOT edible let me tell you. As for service goes it wasn't 5 star good but definitely friendly and helpful employees working there.

I go to Lee’s every Wednesday for lunch to get there meal deal for me&my co workers and it’s good but today there was something different I ordered the spicy meal & when I bit it it was like a party in my mouth I had to ask who the cook was they said it was a guy name “James Jennings “

Went to Lee's after church today got a spicy chicken sandwich it was good and melted in my mouth also the cook in the back chee-chee (I think that's how you spell it) was coo and told me to come back and I think I will

I ate Lee's on main Street in Dayton on Wednesday. The chicken is always ok but it was better than ok that day. I asked for the cook to tell him personally how good and fresh his spicy chicken was and show my appreciation with a tip. He turned it smiled and told me he's just doing his job. So I will be eating once a week when Mr James Jennings is cooking.

Today at lunch time I got a spicy chicken sandwich & it was amazing! Definitely will be back! I asked the cook his name & it’s Jennings

Great chicken. I haven't had Lee's in years. Great wedges and biscuits with honey.

Order through Uber Eats 3 piece breast meal. Food wasn't good. Chicken breast was cooked to long hard and potatoes wedges stale and greasy. Not happy at all. It been awhile since I order from famous. Oh well learn my lesson.

Not coming back. The chicken had been suntanning under the light for hours and they REFRIED this old chicken. I had
asked while ordering that I would wait 20minutes. Supervisor was called asking me what's the problem! Not wanting to deal with confrontation I said it was burnt and refried too hard. She didn't see the problem when the chicken color was dark/black and harden. She said a new batch was just about up. I waited some more and finally it arrived. I should have rechecked again but drove home. Sitting down from a long day at the Vets.in Cincinnati, hungry and tired, imagine opening both dinners to find the same previously refried chicken that had been sent back to chicken so burnt unattractive temperature so hot but is no longer edible.
Being a Senior it's too late to drive and return this food. Needless to say I had no dinner. I found that this practice is a repeated performance among other people in this neighborhood. NOT GOOD SERVICES HERE!

Broken restaurant. But everything was AWESOME! Nice people, Lynxx says her 2nd favorite chicken and the tea according to Lynxx is FANTASTIC! Lynxx is 6 though.
Lynxx and I don't suggest the mack n cheese though. Really mushy and to much fake cheese. Suggest getting extra biscuit though.

I hate using the AI to order, it always get my order wrong, keywords is important when ordering

The food was good but they gave me spicy crispy when I asked for famous and I couldn't eat it all cause it was too hot. I tried to put ketchup and ranch on it but it didn't help.lol

Chicken and Potato Wedges Dark in color, like Grease need to be change bcuz definitely too dirty. Also Crispy wing was changed but flaky and light skin was like the same skin as regular famous. Disappointed I wanted the original Crispy wing. Please change your GREASE

First, I love Lee's chicken. However, I was disappointed with my last visit. When I see a sign saying dinning room open, I expect the dinning room to be open.
