I loved living at Leesburg Apartments in Cincinnati right close to Oakley. I lived in apt #12 from 5/2018 to 5/2019 and had no complaints. Karly, the office manager was so sweet, friendly and always on top of things. If I reported a maintenance problem it was fixed within a few days. They also left a work order ticket inside your apt letting you know they were there. So I give 5 stars for sure! Definitely recommend!

Apartment was a mess when I moved in (stained linoleum, spackle and mud left on appliances that was not able to be cleaned off, stiff spot on carpet that I don’t know what it was, doors that didn’t shut all the way, etc). They are NEVER available during office hours and generally suck at maintenance requests (asked twice for a fixed garage opener and got it back twice with no noticeable changes and it still only worked 1/10 tries). You will NOT get your deposit back and you will be lucky if they don’t try to charge you extra for bs cleaning fees. Slumlords. Don’t rent from Leesburg.

The neighbors complain too much when a person is crying, to think I thought ppl around here cared, but they don't. Plus there's a crazy old cat lady that lives under me and she tries talking me when nothing but craziness comes from her mouth. I also told the landlord that my blanes broke but they never fixed it, it looked like she didn't care. So, I just fixed myself.

The toliet is dirty when I first moved in, like come on now. But it was OK that I loved it here but now I wanna move when my least is up. I would stay longer but nvm.

I saw a dead mouse in front of the leasing office when I visited the property for a showing. The leasing manager was not there for my appointment and the maintenance man had to show me around. The maintenance guy was nice but the property was not!
