I’ve lived in my apartment complex for a little over 7yrs now, and was pretty excited to hear of the upcoming renovations.

EPIC FAIL…

This company has been the absolute Worst!

While doing work… A water line was hit, and flooded my upstairs neighbors apartment and mine. Thankfully, they placed us both in an hotel, and provided gift cards to us both.

I literally spent 9nights out of my home. I would drop in here and there to check for any updates and gather extra items needed.

On one of my visits, I noticed my floors were in need of a sweep due to the activity. So I went to grab my broom, and it was gone… searched high and low… but could not find it. It was gone! I figured they were still working and gave the benefit of the doubt that they would not only clean up when done, but also return it.

Before heading out, I decided to run to the bathroom where I noticed someone had urinated all over my toilet seat. A complete lack of respect for others people’s property and just down right disgusting! However, with it being MY home… I cleaned it, and called it a night.

On the 10th day, My four children and I came home to a disaster.

I opened my door to a floor full of white residue or should I say a powder like substance and gunk. The powder was EVERYWHERE Throughout the apartment… From the dishes in the kitchen to the beds and dressers in the bedrooms… looked as if there was 0 attempts to make my apartment suitable for our return.

After speaking with my apartments management, they were able to send a cleaning service out.

The following day was the day my cabinets were scheduled to be replaced. Per the notice it stated work would be completed in 2days 8/25 and 8/26.

After leaving work, I decided to drop in.again to check the progress before picking up my children from daycare. Cabinets had been replaced in both my kitchen and bathrooms. However out of the three sinks in my home only one faucet was attached (front bathroom). The stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher had been removed. To prepare for the new appliances.

One of the guys that I’m assuming had been working on my unit came in and let me know that he’d be returning 8am/9am next morning to put these things back in place.

I was a little annoyed because I have yet had time to rest. However the notice did state that the work would be completed in 2days, so I thanked him and let him know I’d see him the following day.

Now this is where the frustration really kicked in.

NOT ONE PERSON showed up on the second day to complete this job! I’m literally maneuvering around two refrigerators a dishwasher that’s sitting by front door and an over the range microwave oven just sitting in my living room. I decided to reach out to someone and was told that they weren’t on site but could be by the next morning to put these items back. However would put me at the top of the list for the faucets on MONDAY. (The morning has come and gone and again no one has showed up or reached out)

Now I understand that this is one hell of a job, but communication is key. Being respectful to others peoples property and time is a must. I’ve tried to be very patient and understanding throughout this whole process. But I feel as if they are terribly inconsiderate. This company DO NOT CARE AT all and is so far from professional that it is ridiculous.

I’ve attached a few pictures of how they left my apartment after the water issue, and how it looks now as I wait for someone to Finnish their job. I have not been able to get in my kitchen a cook for nearly 2weeks. You’d think they’d take that into consideration and make it a priority to do the right thing. To do their jobs!

I'm a little reluctant to say, but I'm a little biased on this review.
I'm super good friends with the owner and have had the opportunity to work with his company and on his home.
But I've never met a harder worker besides myself.
He is dedicated, committed, and all around a great and well-rounded individual, and he expects the same from all of his employees.
They do huge jobs all over the US of A. And I just hope that they have some more work for us in the near future.

I would like to say something about Legacy Construction Services. Alpine Roofing Construction took on a very difficult project with Legacy Construction Services in Fort Worth Texas. My dealings with the onsite Project Manger and one of the Owners of Legacy have been incredibly good. I only say this after we have wrapped up the job and reviewing the history of this complex project. Stand Up People is all I can say. Extremely Fair and just real people. I cant say enough how I appreciate the way they have handled their business. Five star all the way!
