I had a wonderful car buying experience here at Mercedes-Benz of Willoughby. I purchased a GLC 300 Coupe and I love it! The entire staff was very professional and friendly. My sales consultant Frank Waite is amazing. He was very knowledgeable and helpful thoughout the entire process. It was a pleasure working with him. I highly recommend them.

Kurtis was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work. He helped with a seamless transition into a new vehicle.

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! On top of them being pushy, one salesman Gene Hauck, left me a voicemail when he found out i was not buying from him, using my daughters name
In vain! They rushed me and when I finally went to buy the car under their time limits, they unveiled a completely scratched up
Car. Then when I decided to go with another dealership
They called me multiple times and harassed me telling me I was wrong and again then gene Hauck called me from
His cell phone and brought my 3 year old daughter up
In a completely inappropriate way trying to manipulate me. I have since reported this salesman to the BBB. The only saving grace is the owner is very kind but his staff is lacking in kindness.

In the past I have purchased two Volvos from this company but this purchase was a Mercedes-Benz C300. I have returned to this company because they treat their customers well and their salespeople are knowledgeable and they listen well. This purchase was handled by a young man, Brian Rapoport who was an excellent salesman. He knew his product and listened to my wants and needs. I highly recommend this salesman, Brian Rapoport and the Dealership, Leikin Motor Company for both Volvo and Mercedes-Benz.

This week I needed a repair in a hurry. Melanie Simons and Mie in the service department were right there to help me. My repair was made quickly and at a reasonable cost. Once again, Leikin Motors has made my experiences with their company excellent.

Purchasing a Volvo has always been a long time dream of mine. The team at Leikin had made the entire process so enjoyable. I initially considered purchasing a used car and worked with Brett Leikin. Ultimately my husband convinced me to purchase a new vehicle instead and so I also had the opportunity to with with Bella Cole in new car sales. The entire team at Leikin were extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly. And just made the entire process go so smoothly and before I knew it, I was in my new car driving home. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience and my new XC60.

We got their best offer the first time. Which was great BTY! Trade in value was extremely fair both times. Our salesperson Matt Nagy and Steve Ours were fantastic! Matt lead the charge on getting us in and out fast. While Steve literally worked all day while we were in the comfort of our own home to get us the absolute BEST trade in value and a TON of incentives! We have 6 kids so it was super helpful for them to work through all this in advance without ever seeing my trade in. I think we were in and out in like 2 hrs! Unheard of in buying a car! Thanks Matt and Steve for another Leikin pain free car purchase! BTW We absolutely LOVE our XC40 Recharge! See you in 3 years!

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I stopped by and was greeted by Bob Alponat, through the test drives and negotiations and electronic paperwork in the finance office through the “unveiling” of my new car, it was an absolutely amazing experience. Bob was the nicest, most knowledgeable sales rep I’ve ever worked with, and I highly recommend working with him and with Leikin if you are in the market for a new car!

I bought my car over the phone and flew in from Atlanta, Georgia. They had the exact build for the exact car I wanted. Pricing was perfect and already beat out all of the competition.
