I drove over 100 miles to look at a late model, pre-owned Volvo XC90 I had seen on Leikin's website. The vehicle was every bit as good, if not better than the on-line description. The Leikin sales team, especially Kurtis Borsi, offered first rate customer service. Mr. Borsi was quite knowledgeable about Volvos in general and the sales/service history of the vehicle which interested me. There was no soft soap sales talk or pressure to buy at anytime. He let the excellent condition of the vehicle and its fair market value make the sale. Once I made the decision to purchase the Leikin team expeditiously processed the required documentation for both the XC90 and my trade-in vehicle so I was out the door and on the road in my "new" Volvo in something less than two (2) hours. I was extremely pleased with my Leikin experience and with the vehicle I purchased from them.

We had a great experience with Leikin Volvo. When we just started browsing & comparing different brands, Matt was very responsive to our many questions and had cars ready to test drive when we asked. Matt and his colleagues were also quick to respond when we had follow ups, and created a low pressure experience, which we appreciated and made us feel comfortable with the dealership. Leikin overall was more organized and service oriented than other dealers and this made a difference in our decision. The closing process with Francesco was also smooth and quick, which again we appreciated as the final closing can be very long and have surprises. Overall our experience at Leikin has been great and I'd recommend.

I found a used Buick at Leikin that sparked my interest. It was an older car. When I arrived to look at it I was treated as if I was there to buy a new Mercedes. Dealership is very nicely laid out and clean. The sales staff were all very nice. Matt Nagy assisted me through the purchase process and was very helpful, answered all of my questions and tried to help with arrangements to pick up my car as I was an hour and a half from the dealership. Overall s very good experience for me.

I was traveling and a notification came on in my car. I pulled over and found a dealership not too far away. I called and was told I could bring the car right in and they would look at it. Turns out it was due to the fact that I hadn’t updated it (which was my fault). The updated it for me, asked if I wanted the car washed before I left. I was back on the road within an hour. Very grateful to them, they were very pleasant and I was relieved to finish my drive without any worries

Worked with Bob Alponat on the purchase of an XC90. He was responsive to all of my communication requests and really tried to understand my needs. He explained the details of the car to me and sent photos before I ever had to go into the dealership. When I talked about my trade in, he was honest and encouraged me to take other offers that would be more beneficial to me. I felt like a valued customer throughout the entire process.

Your service is excellent. I lost a key to my 2019 S60 T5 Volvo. Your ordered a new key and programmed it appropriately, The cost was very
