When I’m in a pinch or a grind (pun intended) I will gladly turn to LEM anytime. The quality and affordability suits my family and our needs perfectly.

Had to find out information about a back order status, when to other part of order was shipped earlier

Purchased a new LEM meat grinder and didn’t come with the fine grind plate. Ordered one and it came fast, just in time, and just what we needed!

LEM customer Service is amazing! We were using our grinder on a Sunday afternoon and never anticipated to get some feedback On how to troubleshoot an issue, we came upon. We were provided with a way to troubleshoot and improve our grinders working ability and provided a solution. It was such a nice response to receive, and not have to wait for a weekday. The grinder is working great, Which was also recommended by LEM’s customer support as well after discussing our needs, and wants when looking at purchasing the proper grinder for our needs.

My wife and I own and operate a small custom exempt butcher shop. We been in business for six years and have strictly been using LEM grinders and mixers for our hamburger/sausage. We just replaced our 2009 #32 grinder after approximately 20,000lbs of meat run through it annually. We went with another #32 because they are bulletproof! Our line up now consists of a #8 grinder, (2) #32 grinders and a 25# mixer. You can’t go wrong with LEM!

The products, (saw, knife, foot switch, and 2 sharpeners) are all quality. And they were all delivered quickly. LEM will be my go to for any products in the future.

First time ordering products from LEM, everything went great! Will order additional products in the future!

Done an order for Christmas gifts for my Son. He always requests things from there. Always no problems prompt service and received in a very good time frame.

Customer service is horrible. I done all the communicating. You think if you spend $700. They would be more in touch than what they were.

I have a grinder, a mixer and the bagging system and they all work great. Money well spent to process our own deer.

Everything was great, bologna casings were great. New deer camp sammich staple, my amazing skill brings it all home ofcourse

I’ve typically had good things to say about past LEM purchases, but unfortunately this experience was not as good. I purchased seasoning and casings for making bratwurst and breakfast sausage. When I opened the package, the breakfast casings were green with mold. I contacted LEM but have yet to receive a response.

I had a wild game processing center for several years and all our grinders, stuffers and dehydrators came from LEM! Second to none on everything. Great products and they stand behind them.
