Ordered the Divine Roses for my mother for a very special occasion for her and they arrived on time, in a beautiful arrangement. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

If I could leave no stars I would. Very rude and unprofessional. Totally ruined our anniversary.

The worst composition of red roses ever.they even charge you extra for transparent paper!

Placed an order for delivery, was supposed to arrive after 12 noon. They attempted to deliver them before noon, no one was home. I called and the only option was for me to pick them up even tho when the order was placed I was given the option to have them delivered after 12 noon. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and not helpful at All.

I have to say, I am pretty disappointed in my service from this place. I placed an order for a flower delivery on Valentine's Day (about a week in advanced) and they failed to deliver the flowers on BOTH attempts. The first time they couldn't find the recipient who was an employee at a hospital, and they said they ONLY had the patient directory searched as if there are just not people who also work at a hospital. The second day, I asked them to deliver it and they were nice and said they would, also offered a discount and apologized. I asked them to confirm once delivered. I reached out again at the end of the day after receiving no call or notification just to find out that the delivery has never happened and then the person who was supposed to be receiving the flowers was never located AGAIN because they spelled the name incorrectly on their delivery sheet (It was spelled correctly on the order sheet). THEN when there were issues locating the recipient, I still was not notified. I called again after radio silence all day to find all of this out. If all would have went seamless the second attempt I wouldn't be leaving this message. But after a very detailed conversation with an employee there I had faith that it would be corrected however it was not.

I ordered flowers for my 106 year old dear friends funeral. The colors that were used were gorgeous and she would have loved them. The arrangement was Beautiful!

Beautiful arrangement delivered timely to funeral. My only complaint is they need to work with the website so they only list arrangement choices that they actually have. I spent a lot of time picking the perfect arrangement and after I ordered they called to ask if they could use different flowers because they don’t have the flowers advertised. It was disappointing and then I was unsure of what I was really going to receive, however didn’t want to start all over again. Fortunately I was pleasantly surprised that the arrangement was still absolutely beautiful they did a great job!

I ordered flowers from here for the first time for my wife's 70th birthday. I have ordered flowers from many places through the years. These were undoubtedly the freshest and nicest arrangement that I have ever received! I will only purchase flowers from here if every arrangement is as nice and fresh as the first one. TOP notch floweriest!
