I have never encountered this level of incompetence from a professional vision company. I trust it is just this location. 6 weeks ago I ordered a new pair of lenses because mine broke. I paid the insurance fee over the phone. 3 weeks later I called to check in and they had nothing. They claimed to fix the issue and order me lenses right there this time I went in person. 3 weeks later.same issue. Long story short, if you give this location business they will take your money, not do their job, and fumble around doing nothing until you leave. Just don’t be dumb and go here. Go somewhere else

The only place I spend so much money and leave feeling good! I love the eye doctor and all of the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The assistance we received was great. They did not bother us while looking at the array of frames and once we were ready, they immediately was there to provide assistance. I think this staff is really great.

I went to Polaris to do some shopping and while doing so I came across LensCrafters. My doctor gave me my prescription for glasses a few days before. I was planning on going to a place near where I live but thought why not just get an idea on what style I would like so I stopped in and I am so glad I did. They have beautiful styles of glasses and the people there were so nice and so helpful. With the help of the girl (I wish so much I could remember her name) I was able to find a pair that is stylish and look great on me. Thank you LensCrafters. I will definitely be back.

The receptionist for the eye exam were great and polite! And our Rep for LensCrafters Saido was very accommodating and went above and beyond!

I absolutely love my glasses. However, when picking up my glasses there should be an employee there to ensure the glasses frames fit correctly and make the proper adjustments on the day of glasses pick up. I picked up my glasses and the person assisting me just said Ok come back if you have problems. He did not even check to see if the frames fit correctly. When I have gotten glasses in the past, the Lenscrafter employee would check to make sure the frames fit and made adjustments right then and there. I never had to return after that. This time, after wearing my frames for one day, I found that they were giving me a headache because they are way too tight. Now I have to make another trip to get them adjusted.

I waited a while so not to write this review in anger. Terrible customer service. I waited almost 40 days for my glasses. No one called me until I finally lost my temper and then a manager told me to “calm down” on the phone and hung up on me. Never again will I go there and my children will not either. I’ve purchased many times from this location. The current staff is unprofessional and unpleasant.

Very disappointed. My exam went well, but it was down hill from there. I selected Ray-Ban glasses and was told it was required to order their lenses for the frames. So I agreed. Forward 10 days picking up my glasses to discover they neglected to order my bifocal in the lenses. Then they wanted to charge me over $200 more to order the correct lenses as if it was my mistake. (Also found out that it was not a requirement to buy Ray-Ban lenses) I gave in and paid partial just so I could get my glasses. (Current ones broke). 6 days later they are ready for pickup again. I've been going here since they first opened. This may be the last time.

The team is always friendly and helpful. This place has many styles to choose from and also has a complete eye exam on site. Best to schedule your eye exam some time in advance.

Everything that could go wrong has gone wrong with my experience with LensCrafters and it's not even over yet! My initial examination was on November 2nd and I ordered a pair of sunglasses, as well as, a pair of regular glasses the following week. When I returned to pick them up, the sunglasses had been ordered without tinted lenses and the regular glasses had a scratch on the lens. Both were reordered again. When that order came in, the wrong size frame had been ordered for my glasses and I disliked the tint shade of the sunglasses, which was not the same as the original. Rather than reorder a THIRD time, I told them I had changed my mind and I simply wanted a refund. I was unable to get an automatic refund and was told they would send me a check, which I have yet to receive a week later. Also, I was asked if I wanted to upgrade my lenses for $90 since I had an almost $300 return. I told them absolutely not. As for the regular glasses, rather than reorder the frames again, I asked them to simply just order the lenses. Fast forward another week and I returned to the store yet again after getting a call that my lenses were in and to come in anytime. Imagine my surprise when I drive out of my way to the store and there is nobody there that's capable of putting the lenses into my frames! So I have to go back yet again next week! This whole experience has been unbelievable, and not in the exciting and happy good way. After I get the lenses I have paid for I am never going back. This is been my worst ever shopping experience. This was my first ever pair of glasses! I'm so extremely disappointed and frustrated.

I needed my Aviators adjusted. When I walked in Ama was very kind and carefully adjusted them to now fit perfectly. Ama is awesome and you can trust that she will give great service and treat you like a valued customer!

Today we went in to have our glasses adjusted and Alma helped us. She was great knew what she was doing and ask the right questions to make sure our adjustments were right.

I purchased one pair of Ray Ban sunglasses and one pair of daily glasses over three weeks ago. After the first week I was told both pairs were ready for pick up. Went into the store and they screwed up the prescription when entering the order into a new tablet system. Okay.so another week and a half goes by and they say my sunglasses are ready but not my regular glasses. It is now going on four weeks and all I get is. "we'll call you when they come in" BS. So what.wait for another month? $ 500.00 glasses? These people are totally incompetent. Stay away!

So glasses in “about an hour” is a thing of the past. They don’t tell you until after you Pay when they say “ all Columbus stores are now 24 hour turn around”. The less expensive lenses we wanted were 7 days. I asked what I could get right away and of course it was the more expensive lenses, but not for 24 hours. I asked why they advertise an hour and she said they are in the middle of changing their marketing campaigns. So frustrating as we needed them quickly to replace a lost pair.

I always have great experiences at Horvath eye center and Lens crafters. I love Brandi and Randy at Lens Crafters. They are very knowledgeable and will do anything to make customers happy. My family has been going to the Polaris location for several years now. The ladies at the desk at Horvath’s are wonderful and super friendly. And I’ve never had to wait long to see the eye doctor.
