The doctor and staff were great. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They found the best way to get the most bang for my buck insurance. Would recommend them to anyone.

I went to LensCrafters the other week, and I bought a fantastic pair of Burberry frames. I was between 5 pairs, and Paul was more than helpful in assisting me with which frames fit my face the best, and which were the most “trendy. ” He took the time to sit down with me, figure out what I liked, and knew all of the answers to my questions. I have gotten tons of compliments, and feel so much more confident thanks to LensCrafters and Paul!

Two years ago, I accidently scheduled an appointment with LensCrafters instead of their competitor further down the North Olsted mall. I have not been disappointed. I am pleased with the customer service, quality of my glasses and contacts, and I learned so much from the person fitting me that I purchased prescription sunglasses for the first time. Now, my husband goes to this location as well.
This year, "Paul" (771313) was my salesperson. Just as friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant as the previous years.

Great staff with Greater Cleveland Eye Associates, also. I deliberately made my appointment with Carrie Trigilio, OD. I met "Ashe" who was new on the job.

Just gained a new customer! Very happy with the service I received from both associates I spoke with today. Other place I had been going has repeatedly had issues getting my insurance to pull up in their system even though they can find my husband on the same plan, but they were able to find me right away with no issues! Gained a customer for sure, probably two!

This is now my go to place for glasses and sun glasses. Very friendly and personable. Quick yet efficient. My encounters never felt rushed. This is my third time there and I’ll def be back. I’m not big on the dilated exams to then drive back to Cle. So the first visit I had there I was happy to know that there was an alternative affordable option for my eye exam. Highly recommend LensCrafters and the folks at North Olmsted were delightful.

Awesome service! I was greeted immediately walking in. Amy helped me pick out my glasses. She was patient with me as a tried on a few and I even got sunglasses. My glasses will take 10 days to come and I can’t wait. I definitely recommend checking out this location.

Loved the service from start to finish. Booked an eye exam and did the intake form all online. Staff was friendly and taking care of everyone. Once exam was complete, I was assigned to Paul as my optician. He was very patient and didn't rush me. Up to date on what was trending and made sure I got to see all the frames on the store. He actually ended up picking the pair I chose in the end, a gorgeous set of designer frames that checked all my boxes for shape, color and fit. I loved how knowledgeable and friendly he was. This was my first time at this Lenscrafters and I was thrilled with the service. The selection is almost all designer brands, but they did have some value frames as well. I will be definitely be back here again. Thanks again to Paul for making my day!

Thank goodness for marlayna and her quick action fixing my wife's glasses, wife just had eye surgery and cannot see without the glasses, walked in just before close on a Sunday, friendly staff and quick glasses fix

Great service! Was a little frustrated when I was shipped the wrong prescription but the manager made it right and even gave me 4 months supply of contacts for free. Also the doctors are always helpful during my exams.
