Had a great experience here today everyone was very friendly and professional. The doctor was exceptionally nice and the equipment was state of the art!

Fastest eye exam I ever had and the best service from everyone! Price out of pocket was very reasonable for exam and glasses as well!

The Optometrist was amazingly sweet, knowledgeable, and relatable. The Optician was so sweet and helpful, and the tech's and receptionists were so much fun to talk to.

I was helped today, with great efficiency, excellent knowledge, and wonderful courtesy! I had a piece of steel stuck in my eye. I called to set an appointment, they had me come in immediately, and I was taken care of and done in less than 20 minutes. I have always appreciated their straight forward, no gimic attitude. Thank you again for the the excellent care.

Lens Crafters is my permanent company for my eye care needs! I will never get an eye exam or buy my glasses or contacts from anywhere else again. The customer service was refreshing. Dr. Amid (maybe Amit?) was delightful and kindhearted. She made me feel extremely comfortable. She asked me? 's to understand my needs and was very knowledgeable about issues that would affect my vision. She offered options for my prescription that would combat those issues. Mike one of her associates and eyeglass craftsman assisted me in choosing my glasses. And I am extremely picky. I apologized for trying on almost every pair in the women's section and he reassured me I'm spending my hard earned $ and not 2 be sorry, that he wants 2 make sure I'm satisfied w/my selection! He was friendly and compassionate! Everyone I spk w/ @ the Monroe St office was wonderful!

Loved it here! I have not been to the eye doctor in about 3 years, so I was nervous about the entire process- especially with me being a new patient. Stacy was very sweet and personable. She made me feel very comfortable. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable, suggesting products to me. I will most definitely be back and recommend this place to people I know.

Nancy took care of me since I went inside the store. She was so nice, patient, and helped me pick my eyeglasse. I came in last minute to be honest and they were able to schedule me for an eye exam appointment right away so I don't have to come another day. Dr. Amin did my eye exam and she was so sweet, nice, and knowledgeable! Great team overall

In 2019 I had a horrible experience getting new glasses here and swore I'd never use them ever again. Because of the new manager and how he helped me with adjusting my OLD glasses after my eye exam and just being kind, I went back a few days later and bought new glasses here and am thrilled. 180 experience from 3 years ago and Ronald was truly wonderful in helping me and explaining the changes in my script to me and making sure everything was right the FIRST time. I would highly recommend him to anyone now and I'm 100% happy with my new glasses.

Helpful and friendly service. A little less kind that we brought our family in with us for a quick adjustment on a pair of glasses.

The team I dealt with were friendly and efficient. Didn't take up a lot of my time at all. When I went to pick out glasses the first pair Nancy picked out did the trick.

Great service. In and out in an hour. The consultant was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me pick out some grat frames. She applied my applicable discounts and I saved nearly 1/3 off the total price.

The Lens Crafters/Luxotica visit was very a great experience. I was able to schedule an exam online for an hour ahead of time. The exam by Dr Jindall was thorough and very quick. Add on services were recommended such as dilation and or retinal imaging. The front office staff were very polite and took care of me with no wait. Michael was very professional and knowledgeable about eye glasses and recommended a gray gradient with my particular choice of frames and lenses. We made the most of my vision benefits and I ended up with some sweet Costa sunglasses that will be available in about a week. I am scheduling my youngest teen in very soon for her vision update.

I'm only giving this place a three star. They are friendly, but my biggest issue with them was they didn't order me in the correct prescription for my contact lenses. My right eye they ordered properly, but for whatever reason their system didn't input my left eyes prescription correct. It's all in my file and even my eye doctor had to explain to the ladies up front that something wasn't input correctly and showed them that as well. I have to wait at least a week to get in a trial pair of the correct prescription, and after that is when I can get my contacts exchanged.

I can't read road signs, I have to fully rely on my gps to drive. And I can barely work because I can't see fine enough details to read signs at work either. I hope something arrives soon.

The people working at this Lenscrafters have always been great. I had eyes tested and glasses made. After having the glasses for a few days I went back and Mike did a great job of aligning the lenses making much of the problems go away. After another week I went back expressing my problems with my left eye vision. This time lenses were verified to be made exactly to perscription. I was given another eye exam to verify correct perscription. And before I left measurements were made on my face to find an error leading to a remake of the lenses. I expect the resulting remake will be a significant improvement when lenses arrive.
