LensCrafters, Dublin OH

Great experience with the whole staff at the Dublin Lens Crafters on Frantz Road! The doctor was patient and thorough. Erin the store's GM, really helped me settle on a couple sets of new frames when I couldn't decide; and she got me discounts that I didn’t even know were available.
I can't recommend them more highly!

Sarah is an absolute pleasure to work with and a truly wonderful human! I have never met such a pleasant person in the customer service world. She was patient and kind, answered our many questions, AND took the time to educate us (all while smiling and laughing the whole time). Thanks Sarah!

Everyone I worked with during my visit was absolutely great! Everyone was very quick to offer help, very friendly, and very helpful. The salesperson who helped me with my frames was Katherine (221918), and the doctor who performed my exam was Dave Mihaly.

Absolutely horribly rude employees. I refuse to give my money to condescending associates who refuse to assist with basic inquiries. Just cancelled my $700 order. I recommend ordering straight from the seller - as I’m about to do.

Stopped in to have a missing screw replaced and Erin helped me out. She found one that fit and sent me on my way very quickly! So pleased that I made an exam appointment on the spot. Beautiful store.

By far one of the most seamless experiences I’ve had. The entire staff excelled in their fields to answer all questions and ensure i got the most comfortable fit without sacrificing time or style. It was extremely refreshing working alongside a team who showed genuine care and passion for their profession.

Im from out of town and need eyeglass repair stopped by this Lens Crafters and Sarah fixed me up and had me out the door in no time. If I lived in Nashville this would totally be my local Lens Crafters thank you Sarah

Erin was great she helped explain everything to me regarding my prescription and helped me narrow down the glasses i bought. I have been using Lynn's crafters for many many yealso including my son since he was 2 years old they've always been great to us but this young lady was exceptional.

Recently, I went to pick out new eyeglasses and sunglasses frames at this LensCrafters right before they moved from their Tuttle Mall location to this new location on Frantz Road. Sarah Long was extremely helpful helping me to choose frames that were not only something I would consider but also what would look best on me out of the 5 frames we narrowed my choices down too.
It was close to closing time and Sarah was the only one working in the store that day and she was very attentive to my wants and needs while stile efficiently taking care of other customers arriving to pickup their glasses.
When my glasses were ready for pickup it was at the new location. Erin helped me and made sure that the new glasses fit me well, she tweaked them just a little and everything was good.
I've had my glasses/sunglasses for about 2 months now and am still very pleased. I would recommend this LensCrafters location for the great customer service that I received.

Awesome customer service today! (Edited on 6/17/2023) -> I just came to their new location on Frantz Rd and they were so welcoming and nice! They helped me choose which glasses suit me best. 10/10 customer service!:)

The new store is beautiful and has the latest optometry gear. The staff was friendly as ever, especially Sarah, who went way, way out her way to make sure my new sunglasses were perfect.
