This place is run by rude people.

I went there to look at the glasses, got a pair for 550 $

Came back a month later and was told to leave when I was asking about a loose screw.

Might be based on what i look like but the manager is a mean woman that need to learn how to treat human beings.

Since our move down from Cleveland (four years ago), my family and I have been going to this location exclusively because of the selection of glasses, the service, and the friendliness of the staff. Highly recommend.

I was so unsure walking in to find my daughter glasses. Thanks for Brenda, my daughter found a perfect pair. She was so patient and super friendly! We loved our experience and appreciated all the time she alotted just for us.

I was urgently needing help with a repair on my frames. I stopped in unexpectedly at the Portage Crossing office in the Falls. I was met by the kindest gal, Brenda, who was more than willing to help me out in a pinch. She quickly helped with my repair, gave my lens a fantastic scrubbing then made sure they comfortably fit. Which they did! Thank you Brenda for all your help & attentiveness. Your assistance will certainly bring me back in January 2024! Excellent care & service!

I went to the LensCrafters in Cuyahoga Falls to shop for a pair of sunglasses with an updated prescription. I walked out with the best pair I have ever owned! Brenda was very professional and had great advice on what would work best for me. She matched me with lenses that are perfect and so crisp with my vision. And they fit exactly as they should. Thank you, Brenda, for taking care of my vision needs!

We just stopped in and had the pleasure of meeting Tricia. We needed assistance with a pair of sunglasses that we bought direct from RayBan. She helped us immediately, not only fixing the issues we had with the glasses, but providing us additional assistance as well. She was fast, did a great job and was really nice!

We will definitely start purchasing here instead of direct going forward!

I had just bought some glasses online and they arrived with the nose pads pretty bent up. I brought them in to see if they would adjust them for me since I'm a client with Dr. Miller and they sell the same brand I bought in the store, just not the specific model. They happily fixed them in about 5 minutes!

This was one of my best eyewear experiences. Brenda and Josh were friendly, thorough and professional. I’m glad I came here to get new glasses. Thank you.

Went to get the fit for my glasses, Brenda really helped me out. It was free. She was quick and professional with it. I will be coming back.

Tricia was super helpful. Took a picture of me on my phone with the glasses we picked out so when i left to shop elsewhere, i could compare!
Found nothing i liked any better elsewhere, so I ended up returning to purchase those glasses later in the day. Tricia was gone for the day, but the optician on duty (Brenda?) and the store manager were extremely knowledgeable, patient with me, and took time to answer all of my questions and offer feedback!

Stopped in to get my glasses adjusted. I just moved to Ohio from California. My glasses were not not purchased at Lens Crafters, but Carsen adjusted them for me perfectly anyways! When I asked how much I owed for the adjustment Carsen told me there would be no charge! What a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back next time I purchase new frames!

So thankful for them. They were able to get me in at last minute and help me get everything I needed! Definitely recommend here!

The Assistant Manager Optician assisted me 2 days in a row with new glasses and got them to fit my face perfectly!

Needed my glasses adjusted and was greeted as I walked in the door. Carson was friendly was able to adjust them quickly. A very pleasant experience! Thank you!

Fantastic eye exam experience. Did a walk-in and the team was ready and quickly got me a new prescription that I was very happy with. All folks I talked with were super nice. Would recommend!
