Thank you Brandon! I walked in nearly closing time with my broken glasses. The arm had broken off. I fully intended on leaving them there overnight due to the time. He quickly grabbed them, walked away for 2 minutes & DONE! I offered him cash for the quick repair but asked for a simple review so HERE IT IS BRANDON! Thank you! My eyeglass Magician!

Progressive lenses with transition at this location was costing me $192 over my insurance. Went to Sam’s Club and the matching lenses and transition were within my insurance with no cost to me.

Staff was friendly, but prices not good.

I purchased a new pair of glasses a few months ago and was really impressed with the selection of glasses and the amazing care I was given! Especially from Stephanie. She went above and beyond and I am very happy with my purchase. I will definitely go back!

Just left there asked a question and the guy told me to leave and go to niles. Went to get glass fixed for warranty. Rude unwilling to help. Boardman one sucks!

The Lens Crafter's office appeared very desolate. When I've gone before there were lots of displays. The price I was charged for a single lens pair of glasses (I supplied the frames) was outrageous. It will take 10 days to get the completed glasses back. When asked about the Lens Crafter's ad that said, "Glasses in an hour" I was told that applies to "Other" Lens Crafter's offices.

My experience with Heather was extraordinary!
She went far and above what anyone could have expected.

A super friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable associates and so many frames to choose from, especially when getting a good fit is a challenge. Without overly inflated prices, I was able to get a much more affordable pair of cool glasses!

I walked in for the first time just in need of tightening of the screws to my glasses as they were stepped on and damaged very badly. Amber was very quick to help me and she was so sweet and so was the rest of the staff. 10/10 i would go again
