Very poor realtor service. The lady is rude. We asked her to look in to it for us about the carpet and she said that she didn’t have to look into it for us. It’s not her job. What kind of people are these They tried to charge us for things that we did not do in the home, stating that we ruined carpet that they had to clean when the carpet was nasty. They rented the place 3 days after we moved out When we moved out they lied about cleaning service and took our money.

Working with Kimberly Foster was a blessing. She was easy to work with and went along with the timetable it took us to have my mom and her house ready for sale. Moving from somewhere after 37 years isn’t a quick and easy feat. We never felt pressured and always felt supported in any decision we made, even if that was pushing back our listing date. We will forever be grateful for Kimberly’s help in this life change for my mom.

Wayne Newland has been very responsive each time I have contacted him about anything big or small. I would highly recommend him and the firm.

They took over in December of my apartment complex, had someone come to “check things out” gave him a list of things wrong nothing has been fixed, it’s been 5 months with NO WATER BILL I have to remember to go to the water department myself to pay not knowing how much. Then I have sent in general questions and concerns on the app without getting responses. The property management is Joke. I am moving I put my 30 days in yesterday still haven’t heard anything back. I’m very frustrated with this company.

Don't bother with Anna Foster if you expect good communications. She can't seem to be bothered with answering questions, at least mine anyway.

No happy hour. No low top seating outside for parties of more than 4.
Good food. Not great.
