Friendly staff and they do great work. They did a wash & fold for my stuff. Very happy with their service!

Leo’s is awesome! No using quarters! It is well managed with helpful people and a variety of washer sizes. There’s plenty of clean counter space for folding.

One star too many as my recent experiences here haven't been great. The equipment, when working, isn't wiped down very often (when it is wiped down, Windex is used.nothing close to Lysol), very little social distancing going on (place already lacks decent square footage). Both which are bad considering the current times that we live in. Poor on-site management, the business is also ineffectively ran by an unconcerned owner that lives in Illinois. There is a $20 minimum laundry card load (they use a card system instead of quarters to operate said equipment) if you are using a credit card. Not to mention customers (myself included) have been attacked by birds going in, due to an attendant feeding them near the entrance.hence they've made nests above the doorway. A bird literally flew inside and attacked a customer's daughter! I go to The Wash House Cafe near West 150th and Lorain now. Clean environment, plenty of machines (small to large), friendly staff, equipment wiped down every 30 minutes or so, every machine has a credit card reader, meaning no minimum dollar amount to spend. Free drying on Wednesday and Thursdays. See their running ad on Fox 8 Cleveland.

The lady working allowed another customer to ridicule me and sat there insulting the homeless women who never entered the store or did anything to anyone. Employees need to wear their masks not have them dangle off their chin. I now have a card with money left on it that I won't be using. Hated this place. Washers worked so you get a star.

The staff is great, and very helpful. They’re very kind and considerate of their customers. They wear they’re masks and lend a hand even if it isn’t required by their positions. It’s very clean and quiet. And it’s right next door to a very also friendly gas station! Not to mention the free WiFi! Chill out with snacks and WiFi while your laundry dries:)

This is a nice laundromat. However, the air conditioning unit was broke today so it was very warm inside. This laundromat offers to wash your clothes for a few and has a variety of sizes in washers. The dryer's dry fast and completely. I would recommend this laundromat to others. Enjoy!

The workers and customers here are very friendly and helpful. Washer and dryers work very well compared to other facilities I've been to. Will definitely be coming back when our washer breaks down.

Shirley was most helpful. I have never been to a laundry mat before. I didn't have to ask for help. She jumped right in and showed me the ropes

If you want to go to a place, that's as clean as your clothes are, when you take them out of the washer, that's the place.

Alwaus friendly attendants when I go. Ready to help when you need it. Usually a pretty quick trip.

This is the nastiest excuse of a laundromat I've ever seen in my life! The f u c k? It makes my skin crawl thinking about how disgusting it is! Uhhhhhh!

I travel constantly and this is by far the best laundromat I’ve used and the little older 70’s white haired woman attendant is the greatest human being on the planet.

Bathroom is very clean washers and dryer‘s are well-maintained the Wi-Fi is strong. The people that work there are great!

Pretty decent place. Cash only or $20 minimum on your card. The staff member was a sweetheart.

They definitely need new buggies. Theirs are in horrendous condition. 50 cents off on Wednesday. That's pretty rad.

Reasonable cost, clean wash, clothes that are completely dry, and a friendly staff, everyone from the manager Amber to Alex.

It's cool, but the last time I was there, the place was packed full with bible thumpers. Some dude asked if he should take his schizophrenia medication, he wasn't sure whether or not it was okay with God.

Very clean me and my boyfriend are going to wash tomorrow on Sunday before the steelers play! Lol we go there all the time washers come in all sizes
