Strange times, but this shop is always professional. The counter people are serious, and answer your questions seriously. Not a gun-ho sort of gun person, and my type does not fit in here, but I felt very comfortable and the everyone was quality.
Made a purchase of some ammo that isn't traditional for a family heirloom, a good shop.

Very friendly staff with a well stocked store even during these times of supply and demand being so unbalanced. I will definitely be back in the future.

First time in yesterday (Sunday). Range officer was helpful and friendly. Awesome service there. Buddy and I went into the range to shoot for an hour and had a blast. Fantastic time. Afterwards we walked around and I got amazing help from the guys behind the counter. Armorer was a great help as well as he was able to solve an issue I was having with an aftermarket slide back plate on my Glock. Will return!

Went to go buy some ammo for my pistol. Called first to see if they had any available, but the phone tree didn't lead me to a front counter rep that I could find. Checked their website and went through the inventory section to see if they had any. 38, there was nothing stating they were out of ammo. Drove across town and was told that they weren't selling ammo unless I purchased a firearm there. I can understand that stance, but I really would have appreciated knowing this after both calling and checking the website to your store and finding nothing that would hint at this policy. If you're not going to sell ammo to walk ins, do me a favor and let me know before I get to your store.

Great place, great staff and facilities. Bob gave us an A* lesson on the Glock 9 and a talk through. Doug also gave us a brilliant lesson on the mp5 which wouldn't have been possible if not for the owner Eric.
A huge thanks to Eric and his staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful; I will definitely be visiting here again.

If not for a Convenient location nearby this place would be closed, overpriced guns and i mean literally 40% on average than anywhere in city, bad air circulation in range, power hungry staff, Bad range lighting, no temperature control in winter or summer,

As far as the staff they are among the best in what they do, being very knowledgeable in the items they sale and make sure your needs are met and shop with no hassle.

Great place! Prices are fair and very courteous people. Happy to answer any questions and they seem to love what they do. Me and my fiancee scheduled an 1on1 time on gun safety course and going in Friday to purchase our first firearm and may get 2 so we both have our own. You won't be disappointed!

I will take Eric's offer to go on the range with a officer. And Eric explained to me that he doesn't have a commission system. Therefore, there is no built-in incentive to sell unnecessary training. This whole thing can just be a case of bad communication. I am looking forward to meeting the officer on Friday afternoon. I will update my experience after that.

My son and I have taken two classes and purchased a small rifle at LEPD as well as quite a few trips to the range. The staff is always friendly and helpful with an astounding amount of knowledge.

Great place, just every thing about my experience was great. I went to take my opota there and had limited to little time handling a hand gun and they took the time to really make sure i understood. Steve is a great instructor and a really great guy. I'm going to recommend this shop to anyone trying to get into firearms or who's trying to get into armed security. Wish I could give it more stars.

I can honestly say I will never go to another store in Franklin county again. Easily my favorite gun store in Columbus. No more vances for me!

This was my first experience going to this location. Rates are very reasonable and comparable to other competitors. The staff was courteous and didn't hesitate to answer any of my questions. I also respect that they have a safe environment but aren't draconian about it. I look forward to coming here again

I took my O. P. O. T. A here my instructor was highly motivated and laid back. One of the best guys in the world hands down! This place is amazing.

The staff was so friendly. I have never handled a gun before and the gentleman that I spoke to highly recommended that I take training classes before making a gun purchase. He took the time to explain the many reasons why. It was a great experience and I am looking forward to my first training class.

I shoot there alot. Friendly staff. Fair pricing. I got my self defense class their and ccw. And bought all my guns and parts from them!
