3 In 22 years of being in this industry- I Am blown away at the lack of assistance & customer service I just was given! We went to pick up a pool heater - that a customer purchased- the store employees sat the heater directly inside the store - right in front of the doors & NEVER even acknowledged us while my husband & I were strapping it to OUR dolly & trying to hold both doors open to get the heater out cuz it was too large to fit thru just 1 door! Thank God the homeowners’ son held a door - or we’d still be trying to get outside with this heater! NOT 1 TIME DID ANY OF THEM ACKNOWLEDGE US OR COME HOLD A DOOR OPEN - which in my opinion is ABSOLUTE Horrible customer service!
And to think - @ 14 years ago I ALMOST worked for this company - I can guarantee IF I managed this store - it wouldn’t run like that!
I will NEVER stop in there - or recommend anyone to do so!
Fraudulently charges your card for an online order and doesnt allow you to pick it up in store total rip off artist. Dont take peoples money if u cant deliver the product.
I have found my new pool place! It might seem like a small store, but it has a very comprehensive selection and can order what you need. They'll run labs on you water and the service is great and the staff friendly. As in everything, it's great to have "a guy" or "a place", and this is definitely the place for pools.
