Horribly under staffed on weekends. Nice people, knowledgeable, but takes for ever to buy a simple skimmer net or get a question answered over the phone.

Won't give me a range of prices for adding a heat pump to my pool over the phone. Insist I have to have someone come out to quote it but it there's a "quote fee" and a "trip charge" just to find out what the cost might be. I ended up calling 3 other pool companies who did give me quotes over the phone for free.

It was 5: 54 pm and our pool lights in our pool blue out. I called and Steve answers the phone. I asked him if he could please stay open 10 more minutes to let me get 2 bulbs. To his Superior service to his customers he stayed open for me to get them. Thank you very much Steve!

Terrible service! The entire company doesn't hold any accountability for their service. My husband dropped off our old swimming pool cover to replace with a new one in May. They promised to give us a call in a week with estimated price for a cover and never did. It's already July and we're still awaiting for a phone call. I stopped several times at the store and GM acted like he doesn't know what' I'm talking about. They didn't put any information into the system, so they can't even track an order. How is that possible? How do you operate? I called to a main number and was on hold for one and a half hour.have been transferred from department to the department several time, but an issue still not resolved. Can anyone in this company can answer a phone and help us?

People working here are really nice helpful, and don't want you to buy stuff you don't need.
