Level 5 Tanning, Massillon OH

I have worked at tanning salons in the past and can truly say that nothing compares to this salon. In just 4 sessions I have a beautiful natural bronze glow, Without the burning that I usually get from other tanning beds. Brittany is such a kind genuine soul, with so much hospitality. She will go out of her way to make you feel welcomed and ensure you have a great tanning session. Not only does she create a tanning regimine that is most beneficial for your skin type, she has a plethora of knowledge on which tanning lotions will be your best match. Which she carries many on hand. When you walk into the door you are met by her cute boutique filled with tons of goodies from purses to outfits all the way to accessories and cosmetics.in each room you are treated with refreshing spray, deodorant and wipes for after your tan. Her beds are top of the line, with up to date technology. If you are looking for a salon that will make you feel like family, look no further! You will not find this kind of quality customer service at a large name brand salon! Brittany is worth every penny! So glad I found a tanning salon to call home!

This place is horrible! They do not change their bulbs… ever. The owner tries to sell you random junk and pressures you to try to buy stuff every time you walk in. You are only allowed to buy lotion from her salon and not bring in your own. She doesn’t honor the package you bought- if you ask to go in a higher level bed she comes up with some excuse. And it is a 50/50 chance the place is even open when it should be. RUN the other way from this place! Trust me!

Never open when they're supposed to be. Owner is way too pushy with trying to sell you stuff. Always wanted to see what kind of lotion I was using, because if you didn't buy it from there you "can't use it in her beds" Tanned there for years and never seen the bulbs changed once. Much better experience at American Tanning!

Worst place I’ve been too, bought a package on buy one get one half off. She didn’t let me use it because she said she “upgraded her bulbs in the tanning beds” I will never go back. As well as she let my sister leave her tanning lotion there and every time she went into tan she lost my sisters expensive tanning lotion. Very shady and unprofessional.

Owner is very stuck up. I feel bad someone is honestly going to hurt that woman! Go to American tanning. You'll actually get color pay half the price and get way better customer service.

She hasn’t changed the bulbs in years and you don’t even tan.the prices aren’t worth it, she is a scam artist.

Please don’t waste your time and money. Very shady owner with no business integrity. I paid for a Level 5 package…. Never once saw the inside of that room for one BS excuse or another. One way or another, she will take your money and you won’t get the service you’re paying for. (P. S.if you are a customer, keep track of your bank statement…double billing, no receipts or records, and lots of computer “problems “ seem to haunt the place)

Level five is a key great establishment good go there for a while and I love it they treat you like family there. Great people great environment you need to check them out

Brittany who owns this salon is crazy beyond belief. If you want an actual tan you should really go somewhere else. This girl will force you into buying stuff from the dollar store with a 100x mark up, and force you to use beds that are broken and don't work, and then if you complain she will want to call your job to get you fired. One last thing to mention on this post is that she doesn't pay her employees

Facility itself is very clean. Spacious room. The owner though, always trying to dale something. Very pushy. And does not solve conflicts. Rather ignores complaints or concerns. Will NOT go back.

Extremely disappointed. I have been tanning for years and years and have never come across such a Salon as this. It is visually deceptive along with a deceptive owner. The bulbs are overdue for change and she conives me to get a package for level 3&4 and I was getting zero tan from so what I thought was going to be rightouse and let me upgrade to level 5 where the bulbs are supposedly better but the level 5 is like being in level 2 I have been in another salon. The bulbs in level 5 clearly need changed as well. But she wanted me to pay more to continue in level 5. The only reason level 5 came into play with this situation is cause level 3&4 bulbs are not valid anymore, so why would I pay more for the owners lack of up keep? Also I realized after the fact I paid $45 on a lotion that retails in general for $15. Owner is not in good customer service. Her Salon is clearly just a cover to rip people off. I had my package only a week and told them to keep my money cause I'm not coming back. I rather invest in better a Salon.

FALSE ADVERTIZMENT- Put me in Lower grade bed the entire time. (cost less)
UNRELIABLE - Closes business during Business hours. Does not respond to phone messages.
I did Not receive the package I prepaid for. It was time sensitive so I only had so many days to use it.

-The Experience.
-Paid for a Ad over the phone she posted on Facebook. BOGO Buy 2 months get 2 free With LvL 5 beds. Her best beds.
(I did not go tanning month 1 or 2 or part of 3, which is not her fault)

-Showed up with Her lotion on went tanning. (End of month 3)
-Showed up was told business hours changed. Doors closed.
-Did not write down New Hours
-Showed up with Lotion doors closed. ×2
-I texted owner, she told me I forgot the hours and reminded me now hours.
-Showed up again doors closed (During Business Hours) New hours are posted nowhere. X 3
-Asked for an appointment and store hours, no response. ×3
-Showed up again during New hours to closed doors. X3
-Never let me set a spot to come in Sunday. X6

- Last day of package, I show up to tan, and the doors are closed.
-Messaged her saying I wanted a new package, so she immediately text me back i told her reasons why i was upset, asked for a refund since I could not use my package every time her doors were closed.
-She refused. Actually didn't even apologize for anything.

-Other Bad Interactions-
- Made me purchase "Her" lotions
-Pushed, Shoved and Sold products to me.
-Tried to charge me for month 4 because she didn't remember.
Had me buy a Keychain one day "because she didn't sell anything that day" I finally bought the Keychain after she put 4 other lotions and three other bags infront of me to buy.
I Could go on.

Basically: Would Never Recommend

She did a horrible job on my spray tan and I bought a package for 150$ only went that time had to go back for them to fix I had spots all over my body and it was not even Brittany that fixed it it was another employee I told her I do not want to come back there and to refund me my money for the other 4 that I did not use and she told me she would blew me off and still has not paid me back I even told her she could pay me in payments and to find out she uses all her money on pills don't go here stole money from someone eles that I know also very disappointed bad service and she told me if I leave a bad review she would call the cops on me I gave her a chance to make it right and she wouldn't

Tanning salon is nice and clean. Everyone is nice. I only ever had one issue. It was just something that the owner said one night. I did not bring it up to her because I figured she may have been tired that night. She is very nice and I will go back.

The owner was always trying to get me to buy something and it was very uncomfortable. How she treats you is depending on her mood that day. The rest of the staff though was very kind! I will not be going back!

Very clean. Has the little things that you forget for tanning, makeup remover extra hair ties, deodorant spray and body spray. Brittany fogerty is awesome and really kind. If you like tanning try them their prices a fair too. Awesome products

This is hands down the best place I've ever tanned! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable not to mention extremely clean!
