Always a great place to visit, recently got Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom when it was on presale, along with some really good books about the Zelda games. I'm always satisfied with the customer service, the store itself, along with all it's contents!

A go to if you are visiting or live in Bellevue. A wide selection of games, movies and collectibles. The staff are knowledgeable and courteous.

Super friendly associates always helpful extremely knowledgeable. We'll go back again for sure.

This place is the reason why I hate gamestop. The level up workers actual care about if you’re getting the right game and what to look for and also their trade in deals are amazing because of this place i never go to gamestop…Great work

This place is one of the very few places left that has everything you're looking for in the video game world from the 1980's to now. It is definitely worth the drive from anywhere. They carry everything from old game systems and games to Present day game systems and games. The customer service is also GREAT! DOWN TO EARTH, real gamers that are friendly and will help you with anything. Even if your not going to purchase anything, I HIGHLY recommend you find your way here and check it out. You won't be disappointed. Easy 5 stars from me.

Place is freaking awesome. Get all my retro stuff here. Just got me a Level Up hoodie and Mario 64 today! Love it. And the guys inside are always awesome! They have a lot of cool stuff. Highly recommend.

I've been coming here since the day they opened. Friendly staff and good selection of things. Great to see them selling old Nintendo Power magazines! Definitely a place to check out!

The employees at Level Up always, and I mean always, treat with respect, are courteous, very well-versed and do not charge enough. It is a blessing to have them in Bellevue.

Went in looking for a PS2 they had one for $90 and what that $90 gives you is all the cords a memory card a Sony PlayStation 2 controller and Need for Speed Underground 2 so not a bad deal for less than $100 they had a nice selection of video games and other stuff as well they are very friendly and helpful as well I will be returning
