Great Customer service. Great experience, staff was very intuitive to our needs. Highly Recommend!

Bought my flex steel sofa that wasn't even a yr old, told them that the back of the head rest was fading, I was told that they would order new ones. We got a call that only one came in so they wanted us to wait for the other 2, we never got a call because they said it was back ordered because of covid. Now they tell us it's not under warranty because we did call them before the yr was up. I've been a loyal customer for 25 yrs but I will never buy anything from you again. Customer beware! You may think they are good until you have a problem and get the shaft.was sent a response by the owner to call and try to give the pronlem, only to be told that the owner doesn't respond to emails but someone would call Monday. Never happened! Reached out to the store manager Jim who said he check into it and call me back, that was 3 weeks ago. I'm getting rid of this sofa because I just bought a knew one where I will be buying all my furniture. Wayside!

It's very rare that one is blessed with a sales person like Michelle W. Her kindness and thoughtfulness was so refreshing.i can't go in to details of how she displayed these qualities but my wife (with special needs) was touched in ways that can't be explained in this forum. Thank you for your kindness Michelle. Because of you. I can't see us ever buying furniture anywhere else but Levin.

Just bought a new mattress at Levin. Julie was wonderful to work with and helped us make the best decision for a comfortable mattress. It was delivered two days later and the guys were wonderful. I’m very happy with Levin.

Allison Keller was amazing, she wasn't pushy. I told her what I was looking for and she knew exactly what to show me. Wonderful experience. I will definitely be back.

A wide variety of furniture.
It is very hard to find the entrance, although. There are too many companies for one main way to enter!

I returned to Levin for my new sectional. I had an amazing sales person named Karen who spent hours with me and never rushed me, she had great ideas, and ultimately I bought here because of her!

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. They are not pushy. Furniture quality and price are excellent.

Mark did an amazing job. He was extremely patient with us. We took several hours to pick what we wanted, and he was helpful the whole time. He showed us a lot of high quality items that was in our price range.

Cathy was very informative took her time with me when we were trying to find the perfect pieces for my living room.

Julie was the perfect salesperson to help me pick out a new couch and loveseat! She understood my needs for sitting comfortably and helped me find the items!

We had a very nice sales lady. She worked with my husband to get him comfortable in a recliner. Took her time to make sure it was the one. Got him a wheel chair it is a big store. With leg trouble not easy. Very helpful for our need.

My fiance and I met with Dave Meadows and he made the process as easy as it can be. It is never easy shopping for furniture for the first time in your life but Dave made us feel comfortable and knowledgeable about our purchase. I plan to work with him again in the future (and you should too!)
