I can not begin to express how amazing they are. We are from VA came to visit my father in law and the battery light comes on, My husband says he believes it's the alternator. I try quickly to find a mechanic near by because we were leaving the very next day. Called Pito's Auto Body (THANK YOU PITO) and he was very honest and said he was unable to fit us in the same day and told us to try Levinson they will do there best to get us in the same day. So we did, they ask us to leave our van there so he can check it but we had no other source of transportation to get back to my father in laws. Sooo they even offered to take us to his home and even pick us up. Who does that! We never had ANY mechaniac shop go ABOVE AND BEYOND. Long story short, yes it was the alternator and by 4: 30 that evening they had our van all done. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH, YOU ARE ALL AMAZING

I told them I needed a fuel pump and I did, still had to pay 300 dollars to confirm I had needed a fuel pump. This shop charges double for things that need diagnosed and for the actually fix. Only took car there cause my boss said they where trustworthy… absolutely Not! Do not take your car there 800 dollars for a fuel pump when I knew I needed a fuel pump, unreal!

Update I just got a HANDWRITTEN bill - not itemized 422.99 in Labor for a fuel pump at $95 per hour! 4plus hours! For a fuel pump! Total crooks

Went In one day and it was cold inside while I waited for my car and the front desk lady Mrs. D gave me her personal heater and turned the heat up in the office, when I say above and beyond her duties. The owner is an amazing man great personality and wonderful customer service, he paid great attention to details about the upkeep I have been doing to my car. GREAT EYE. Thank you, see you new time

Tire high price plus they want do alignment even if you don't need one 600 for tires to much

I blew my tire out on South Ave. I did a quick search and found Levinson Tire Co. The owner picked up the phone after hours in search of a replacement tire. I had called AAA to help with the tire change. They were not able to do it due to missing an adapter for the socket to take off the caps. It was going to turn in to a tow at this point. I called the owner, Jr Natal, back about the issue. I was trying to figure out if I should have my car towed to his business or not. He told me to hang out as he would be on his way. He was there about 10 minutes later. Fortunately, Cutty's, across the street, had someone come and assist with the removal of the caps. Prior to this, Jr Natal offered me two replacement tires at his cost due to a previously cancelled order. This is service above and beyond. I have probably driven past this business thousands of times over the years. I will be giving them all my future business when it comes to tires or repairs. Top notch!

Came in for a tire repair (patch and plug). They were pretty busy but managed to get me out in about 20 minutes or so. Will definitely do business with them in the future.

Older Junior in the cows a very fast efficient business owner and good with this customers and willing to go out of his way I would take any kind of running motor to him or a bad tire he's got you covered
