Levi's 4 Floors, Columbus OH

This was my 3rd purchase of carpet from Levi's 4 Floors. Salesman was great and the installers were exceptional. Could not be happier.

We took the recommendation of Bill Pohl and were delighted when we had the carpet installed. It's dreamy soft and plush in our bedroom - great foot feel. The installers - Felix Sr.and Junior demonstrated real skill in getting the many angles in our room correct. I suspect Levi sent their best because of the complexity of the floor plan that Bill Pohl drew after three revisions!

My family and I just moved here from NJ. Finally found a house for us in this market. Needed new carpets. Previous owners had a dog that must’ve peed inside a bit. We were put in touch with Bill through someone I work with. Bill talked us through carpet types, weights, and colors. We settled on a color after a few minutes and Bill told us he could have the carpet within 7-10 days. And for a great price we moved forward with Lwvis4floors. Installation went smooth! They removed the old carpet and padding. Inspected the subfloor below and got to work! We had approximately 2000 square feet of carpet and 2 guys knocked it out of the park in record time. They were very respectful of our home. Cleaned up after them selves. We trusted them to let themselves in and lock up on their way out. They did just that! My wife went by today and she and the kids love the final result. Thank you to everyone enfolded with getting us our new carpet!

We have used Levi's 4 Floors for several personal projects and they have always done an excellent job. This past month we had 4 weeks to plan and refinish a new condo that we purchased. Two weeks into the project, Scott Brenot (our sales lead) learned that our carpet was delayed 8+ weeks. He worked with us to get a similar carpet (look and quality) in to their warehouse and installed within that last two week period. He really went above and beyond!

Mike was a very knowledgeable and helpful salesman. Pleasant personality and the installation crew did a good job and was very professional. Very impressed!

We had a great experience start to finish! After look at our options with another company that left us feeling uneasy we decided to stop into Levi’s to see what they had to offer. We started our journey with our rep Bill! He was super helpful and knowledgeable when it came to helping use choose the right carpet and LVP for our home. He was the same person who came out to measure for our floors which was nice to know who was coming into our home. The crews that did both installs where wonderful! On time, courteous, efficient and friendly. The quality of our floors and the workmanship from the crews more than exceeded our expectations! I absolutely would do it all over again!

Customer Service is fairly easy when you are selling your products. The challenges can arise when a customer has a issue. This is where my true review begins.

The carpet that we had purchased had a lifetime warranty for stains, including pets. This of course was also dependent on the consumer, following the requirements as laid out in the agreement. This is where we first reached out to Karrie Sims at Levi's4Floors.

Our carpet had become stained in 2 of the rooms. I reached out to Karrie and our experience began. She did not immediately go into the "why " of why the warranty would not stand. She asked if we had had our carpet professionally cleaned every 18-24 months as required and if we had the documentation required for her to go to bat for us with the manufacturer. We surprisingly not only had it but knew where it was as it was 15 plus years ago that the carpet was installed.

Over the next couple months we had extensive communication with Karrie. We NEVER had to chase her down. Her communication with us through this process was beyond our expectations. She was at the mercy of the manufacturer but did not quit as she knew that we had done everything on our end to satisfy the terms of the warranty. At one point the owner was ready to step in, however it did not deem necessary. Karrie not just resolved our issue, but she followed it through to the end.

We were able to pick out the replacement carpet. We paid for installation as expected. The install process went just as the other 3 times.without a hitch and exemplary customer service along the way.

My experience with Levis4Floors was excellent! I got a new kitchen floor and backsplash. From the first meeting with my sales assistant Scott Brenot, to the final transition strip put down by the installation team. Everyone was helpful, professional, personable and very qualified. Scott did a great job making sure I got what I wanted, even when I made an early regrettable decision. A wide variety in choices of quality products. I love the look of my new kitchen! Wood floor men laid wood floor in two bedrooms and hallway and had the job complete in 2 1/2 hours. Excellent work. I would recommend Levi 4 floors.

I highly recommend Levis4Floors. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased luxury vinyl floors and I love them. The crew that installed them was excellent. They did my living room/dining room, kitchen and bathroom in one day and that included removing ceramic tile from the kitchen and bathroom. They worked fast and efficiently and did a great job

Excellent sales and service as well as installation for our whole house carpet purchase. We worked with Mike and he's been a pro from start to finish. All of our questions have been answered and once our carpet selection was made, the carpet was promptly ordered and available for installation. The installers were excellent in every way. They spent a full day removing our old carpet and installing the new. They did amazing work. I can't even see the seems where sections are joined. We are quite please with Levi's and we now have them scheduled to replace our kitchen floor vinyl. I would give 10 stars if I could!

We have been using Levi 4 Floors for all our flooring needs for the past 20 years and we keep coming back because the experience is so good. The initial visit is productive and the contractors are accommodating with concerns of squeaks here and there. We will definitely be back for more.
