I love the Levi's Outlet I just wish it was bigger and carried a greater variety of Levi's. To be fair I'm only saying that because I'm a huge fanboy and want to bask in the glory of the denim. Slim. Bootcut. Any color. Any style. I need this too happen Levi, let's go!

I drove from Sharonville to return a torn pair of pants (Levi's 505's). The manager told me that they no longer honor the lifetime guarantee that Levi's offers. I worked for Levi's and know this is not true. I should have did the return online to save myself a trip. I called Levis and they advised me to return the jean's via mail and they'd send me a new pair. Poor management at the outlet in Monroe.
