8I took a PS4 pro 1tb memory and the get enough money to last 3-4 days the system itself had between 25 and 30 games downloaded to it and he said all I would get is 20 bucks! Talk about taking advantage of a situation if I could give you less then one star I would!
I have been using this west broad Lev's for a couple years now and I absolutely love them there. They are kind and courteous and actually care and will work with you.
Bought an engagement/wedding band and had great customer service. The rings needed to be sized and Cheryl went out of her way to make it a special day for my fiance and myself. Thanks for the great service.
Good customer service, but I will never pawn/sell anything to them again. The prices that they offer are HORRIBLE
Don't waste your time The rudest most unprofessional place and people I have ever met place is disgusting seems very unsafe I felt very uncomfortable.

They don't wanna give u nothing when pawning or selling to these guys! Jus wanna beat u to death as far as helping u in any kinda way.they jus wanna give u the least money they can for the most expensive items that u bring into them! I called and told them I was trying to get some info about something that was pawned there.and some girl told me a bunch of bs! And then jus hung up on me cause I told her I couldn't understand her way of talking! NOT MY FAULT U CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL AT ALL!
