Lev's Pawn Shop (E Broad St), Columbus OH

Purchased a tv, however when I asked the Asian guy to hold the door open as I carry the tv out, he refused and said I can use my back.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone do business with this company!

John was the guy who help me out there and he was absolutely the most friendly and helpful person I’ve ever dealt with in a pawnshop

They pay very little for there TVs and price them almost at store value. You might as well go to the store and buy a brand new one with a warranty. Poor customer service!

Racist which all levs are that way they even sold me a stolen apple watch and wasn’t going to give my money back until a cop walked in over something else they sold that was stolen so he gave me my money back to hurry and get me outta there I was bored and decided to stop and see what they had I should have known better.

Kept givig me reasons they couldnt make a trade because they were closing in 15 mins. Also told me they have too much stuff anyways to wanna pawn. Not so good pawn shop

POS Pawn shop doesn't even look up the item just eye balls it and gives whatever price they personally think is correct, a pawn shop is off of numbers, what you would profit if im bringing in something that costs $400 and you tell me $25 is what you can loan without even looking up the price you're unprofessional.

Worst pawn shop I've ever been to! If they are going to close in the next hour, don't bother stopping.they won't help u! The 2 guys in there when I happened to stop in had absolutely NO idea what they were doing!

The people are very nice and friendly and took the time to explain how they give their prices, and how the pawn process works! They even let me leave to go check with other pawn shops and when i came back they still gave me the same price and it was the best price I could find! I highly recommend!
