Lewis Electronics, Cleveland OH

Was told i basically need a new cooling system thermostat housing radiator and water pump told me 1000$ alone for the radiator and 637 for housing and water pump I called a few different places and everbody said the same thing no more than 700-800$ for everything the owner tried to convince me to get it fixed I paid for diagnostic and picked my car up before I took my car I asked could they look at thermostats not cause my car was over heating i was being proactive didn’t have a leak or anything so after I got my car I took it to another place and he’s like I can’t fix what’s not broken your thermostat fine and radiator is ok also water pump is okay too you don’t have any leaks they acted as if they took my car apart and I know for a fact he never took my car apart he just wanted money but I didn’t give him any I refused his services I will never ever come to this place again not for a radio or diagnostic

I was treated with Excellent customer service. And explain the work that was done On my S UV Very happy. I'm going to have more work done see them soon.

Didn't get two remotes when they installed my starter.then the remote broke and I was charged 75. Then I was punished because they lost all the records. I've been coming here for years as well as family and they were rude‍️

All I can say is wow lol. Cheryl knew just about nothing with car audio. I advise if you don't know something you should ask. I feel sorry for this place lol. For the owner. Maybe if you knew more you should train your employees yes? I know enough not to sound stupid by telling people you don't need a second battery for a 4k sound system. Now who's the bully?

They had my car for a whole day just to put a LED emblem on car! I dont know how many were in front of me, but dang! They got the job done though! Kinda expensive too!

If you anywhere near Shaker Heights I advise you not to go to this place they’re very rude bad bad customer service they had my car for three days just to fix two battery cables didn’t wanna tell me all this other stuff about my car that I already knew I want to keep bringing it up if you want your car fixed right do not take it there they mechanics do not know what they’re doing just left there 15 minutes ago they got 15 cars in a garage just sitting around and the mechanics just walking around in circles in the corner talking they probably only good for putting radios and speakers in your car if you smart you will not let them under the hood of your car the worst mechanics in Cleveland

They were fast and not complicated at all. I could have cried. I pray I can continue my trust in this place.

They had my car for 3 months and and kept telling me lies and then got mad cus I ask what's taking so long they are rude and bulshitters

Lewis Electronics is not a good business for Shaker Heights. The owner has poor follow up policy. He is a take your money and run business allowed to prey on our community. He needs to remove all the signage of fake offerings. Buyer Beware.
He ihas a bad attitude and does not accept accountability and blames the other professional as having a lack of knowledge after a second opinion of his failure.

I chose to get my brakes done here and my radiator fixed.unfortunately it's STILL dripping I'm gonna take it back and hope they'll fix this little senor citizen car. I've spent $900 so I'll left y'all know. The stars may go up or DOWN.we'll see if they want to fix it completely.

Went there to have some work done on my Sprinter. Lewis gave me an estimate of about 5 times of what it should have been. Places that PRICE GOUGING! Does not sit well with anyone!

I love the people at Lewis. They checked my car. Called me told me what was wrong, gave me a decent price, also told me about what I needed to fix next. Customer Service was great. I'm going back for my brakes

My experience with Lewis was great I called them and told them what was going on with my car and they had me bring it up and pay for a diagnostic they told me what was wrong with it and gave me a time frame and price estimate that was satisfactory the customer service was great and the work they did was even better I will be doing more business with them in the future.

They wanted almost $400 to install my radio and figure out why my music wasn't working. I went on brookpark to quaker and he only charged me $100

Lewis Electronics went beyond the call of my expectation and obtained another resource that completed the project at no additional costs. The staff was friendly, personable, and professional. I've used their services in the past, and will absolutely recommend them to others.

I CALLED FOR A QUOTE ON A REMOTE STATER FOR MY VEHICLE THEY WERE RUDE RUSHING ME ETC SO THEY WEREN'T GETTING MY BUSINESS / MONEY EITHER WAY THEY WOULD'VE HAD TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS PRIOR TO ME HANDING IT OVER I REMEMBER WHEN THEY USE TO HAVE DEALS W/ REMOTE STARTERS FOR YOUR VEHICLE NOW THE PRICING IS RIDICULOUS SO I CALLED ARD & GOT MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM 5STAR THEY'LL BE DOING INSTALLATION

Exceptional fast service the vehicle was promised and delivered on time. The quality of work was beyond expectations. I would certainly recommend them.
