I love the whole shop and have been going for years and I go to Bekka for all my needs. I will say I always feel welcome and loved on by anyone that is working. Thank you to the whole Lexy nail family

I just got a pedicure and the girl did such a horrible job, I got a french pedicure and the whites were all wavy, smudged and looked like a child painted them. She was in such a hurry to leave, when I looked down to see them I noticed how bad she did on them and I asked owner if she can fix them because the gal already left that did them, she said well we close at 8: 00, it was now 7: 55, I said I can’t leave with my nails looking this bad. She was not friendly but did agree they looked bad and took pictures of my toes to send to (Ronnie), the gal that did them. The owner fixed them and then immediately told me to leave with them wet, I wasn’t about to leave with freshly painted toes, I wanted to wait at least 15 min but they were in such a hurry, the other, I’m assuming co-owner came over and started touching all over my freshly painted toes and I asked her not to touch them, they are wet, it’s only been 5 min, she said sternly to me that she has been doing nails for 20 years and she knows where she can touch the nails. She said just leave, it will take a hour to dry, I said I want to wait 15 min. She told the other owner to call the cops because I wouldn’t leave. I told her I am going to write a review of my experience here and she said she doesn’t care, she looked at me and said you don’t want to go there with me, she said it in a threatening manner. I’m 58 years old and I have never been treated so bad, I don’t know how they are still in business. My advice don’t go there.

I go monthly to get acrylic overlay and polish. Never again! I had a nail that the acrylic fell off. If of all, she cut the nail super short and tried to put a fake nail on. She could clearly see I had an overlay, no fake nail. Then I told her 3 times the color I had chosen and she put on a color close but not right. The find that they want to do ehat they want and don't listen to the customer. Also owner is rude. I will be going somewhere else going forward. Avoid going there if you want your nails to look good.

Excellent service each time I go here. I've been so pleased with Becca's work for acrylics and gel polish. After many years of sub-par work, I've finally found someone who makes my hands happy!

Horrible gel quality I got my nails done and five days later the gel is chipped and cracked. Wouldn’t waste my money at all at this establishment. Also was treated horribly by the staff when I came a few days later asking them to fix it.

Love this spa. Brenda & Hayle have been the best. Thanks for taking care of us.
