LGC Hospitality, Westlake OH

Still have not been paid for a job I did in April have contacted corporate and called mutiple times to their office. Now have to file a lawsuit for unpaid wages. This place is a scam and awful for how they treat workers. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Update: After 3 months of calling and voicemails I have finally been paid! Moral od story keep your paystubs and records of work you never know when you might need them.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They lie saying you will bartend all week but then your serving. Never put me on bartender til sat when the event started wednesday. Do not put yourself in this position! Also they lied about pay.

I haven’t worked here, but I happened to be sitting at a table in a restaurant next to an interviewer from LGC conducting interviews. Time and time again, I observed the interviewer be extremely rude to people she was interviewing, and it gave my sister and I really bad vibes. One woman asked the interviewing lady “could I ask a couple of questions? ” To which the interviewer responded “shouldn’t it be the other way around? ! ” And refused to answer this poor woman’s questions. I observed a train wreck of an open interview take place with such an unprofessional interviewer that I was disgusted.

Its a company that takes yu throught much too much for the accts they handle however u wil work with this company the downside is no compensation when you are sent to a job along with 10 other people and only 3 are needed you end up payibg fir parking at most jobs aside from what to bring or wear is confusing at times and very unclear if you needextra cash or ha e no job it is what it is i thnk they need to redirect some of the employees in this office else where

This company is a scam. Listen to all of the reviews. The managers leave, the temps leave, I still haven’t been paid for work I did a month ago. They stopped answering phone, I have called ID. Only answer when i call private. Terrible people.

Today was my first day working with LGC. I went to the Ritz Carlton downtown Cleveland as told I was supposed to be doing housekeeping. I got their on time and was sent home because they only needed one person and it was already another girl there before me I was so excited to work today. I work at another location tomorrow so hopefully all goes well

i got to work Sunday at the museum of Art had a good time. This definitely made up for Saturday

LGC has been such an amazing career change! Everyone here cares so much about what we do and the people and clients we come in contact with! I couldn't ask for a better branch to be apart of! LGC is like a family and I can only look forward to what's next with the company!

AS LONG AS CHARLOTTE SIGEL IS WORKING THERE YOU WON'T LIKE IT BECAUSE SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL ISSUES OR THE TYPE OF ENVIRONMENT THEY PLACE YOU IN. I HAVE WORKED WITH THEM FOR A LITTLE TIME AND IT'S NOTHING BUT DISRESPECT. THIS COMPANY WILL FAIL UNLESS THEY CHANGE THERE WAYS AND GET A MUCH BETTER STAFF THAT CARES WHERE YOU WORK AND CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE THEY HIRE. (NOT JUST DO THE WORK AND GET IT OVER) PEOLPE WANT A JOB THEY CAN LEARN SOMETHING FROM AND POSSIBLY HAVE A SUPERVISOR THEY CAN TURN TO FOR HELP. (YOU KNOW A PEOPLE PERSON)

I wish I could give less than 1 star. The interviews are a joke, the application is a joke, their office is a joke, their pay is a joke. The only thing not funny about this company so the fact that you work a bunch of shifts and never are paid. It will catch up to you guys! You will be caught! This place is an absolute scam. Run!

I only have 1 star because I couldn't give less. I went in to the office and was treated like I was begging for money by a very rude and unprofessional African American gentleman. If that is how they treat their subordinates before the application is even filled out I can't imagine how the treatment goes once one has signed on the dotted line. It's no wonder why they are constantly stalking new potential employees.
Beware: yucky yucky people.

The service was terrible. The employees in the office were rude and nonchalant. They made me come back twice for an interview and never apologized for the inconvenience. When I finally was able to come in for one, they took their time and I waited over a hour. When I called to express my problem, the office employee did not care or apologize. I would never work for this company and I wouldn’t recommend it.

After working for LGC FOR 3 WEEKS IVE reevaluate the situation LGC is one of the most disgusting temp service I have ever worked for they send me out three different places where they sent backups to.or people would just show up and I was on the schedule. I will have to leave after driving 30 minutes to get to a location also they play with your money my one friend who work for LGC and I Witness everything LGC didn't pay her for almost 3 weeks they gave her the run-around her money was not on her card and it was Christmas and she had kids! Charlotte and Kendra did not care about her getting her money they didn't care about her working they disregarded everything. They have a lot a facilities who they have contracts with who treat their attempts like trash they over worke us they lied about the pay you only get paid $9 an hour I recommend not working here.then also i got fired after working for them for 3 weeks. Over misdemeanors charges 7 years old and tell me I cant work at their company but they were supposed to get the background check the same day which the employee said it came back the same day! So why would you keep me on the schedule to work for you guys anyways! This place is a joke don't work here! Go APPLY FOR UPSHIFT they have better jobs you can get paid up to 1250 an hour guaranteed holiday pay are you clock in and clock out from your phone go try upshift guys!

Well after talking to Charlotte the branch manager, my issues with LGC was resolved. See, I was eager to work for LGC because of friends who done so in the past. Who had good things to say about LGC. Like for me, the flexibility with your schedule, being able too work the hours that best work's for you! That's cool! So that being said, If they our willing to work on those small mistakes, that we humans sometimes make. I think it will be cool after all working for LGC. Especially, after seeing they our willing take interest and make changes, for the employee's future success.
