Libby Lou's Fun Factory, Clintonville OH

We were really excited to come try Libby’s for the first time. Kids had a hard week and were jumping up and down in their seats with excitement only to find out on arrival that they weren’t open. We knew they had seasonal hours so we double checked the website and even called to listen to their recorded hours to confirm they would be open before heading there. Made for a disappointing evening.

I have been ordering from doordash & it’s amazing each & every time! They have a pretty wide variety of desserts on the menu. Ranges from cotton candy cake, ice cream, cotton candy burritos filed with ice cream and candy and even apple nachos! I wish I found this place sooner so don’t worry about the petty reviews. Pricing is absolutely fair and I most definitely recommend!

These were the best cotton candy burritos that I have ever had. I chose the Mermaid burrito & my son (with his father) chose the Banana Cream pie Cotton candy burrito. We had a great time at Libby Lou's!

Love this place! And even better it is a family owned business! The ice creams and shakes are out of this world! This definitely has to be the coolest ice cream shop ever! So worth it!

We were WOWed by how large the menu was. So many fun, yummy items to choose from. Tasty and fresh!

This place is Awsome! Their desserts are so creative and taste amazing! And the prices are definitely affordable when you take into consideration that cold stones prices are $8/10 and aren't as cool looking!

The staff was so friendly and kind. The sundae was amazing and the staff didnt seem to mind me chatting the whole time I was there. Super approachable and very sweet.

First off the ice cream was delicious and the creations were fantastic. We were welcomed upon entering and was helped with ordering as it was our first visit today. Unlike some other reviews, I thought the pricing to be fair for overall quality, creation and experience. Will be visiting again in the future!

I took my boyfriend today for father's day and we Love the place the service was great and the shakes awesome. I will go back

This place is so in friendly and over priced! They let you stand there without some much as a “hello be with you in a minute”. I had to repeat my order three times to the cashier and it wasn’t a fancy order it was superman ice cream with sprinkles, and a peanut butter something because they were out of three other types of peanut butter ice cream. We won’t be back

This was my son’s dream ice cream place! Great menu selection delicious and great service!

This in theory sounds like a cool place but the execution is terrible. It draws a lot of families so it should be in a better location that has ample seating inside and out. Be prepared to wait a VERY LONG TIME for your orders. A single scoop of ice cream and a milk shake took 45 mintues. I imagine the actual speciality shake that draws people there took over an hour. It tasted good but not worth the wait especially if you come for the signature shakes and ice cream. Oh and if you don't use cash you will be charged a 4% processing fee. For cards. Just another turn off. It just needs revamped.

Ok ok I had to come and write a review out this time auntie libbys is a 1 of 1 spot in Columbus easily compared to clown cone and that's a Columbus top 10 places to go I feel that libbys will be on that list here soon for there outrageous ice cream flavors floats candy and lemonade but last not never least let's not forget the CHURROS when I mean the best ones I've had in Columbus so far and didn't have to ask no chocolate on them idk who said chocolate goes on them but they were wrong lol but highly recommended don't be cheap a good experience never is

We had a great time at Libby Lou's. We gor an Orange Dreamsicle extreme shake and a black raspberry milkshake. The milkshakes were divine. The extreme shakes are pricier, but you get so much on them and the quality of the ice cream is great. Overall a wonderful experience.

Definitely an experience for all ages. So much to chose from. A lot of locally made baked goods and a variety of toppings. Highly recommend.

Great addition to the neighborhood! We love this place and stop by when we are out for walks just to say hello to the friendly amazing staff. Stop in and see for yourself. This is a destination spot every time you are in the area.

We had such a great time at the Adult Shake Lab. All of the samples were delicious. It was WAY too much for one person to drink - I drank less than half of each one, and was still so full by the end I felt sick! And every one was delicious. The only thing I felt was missing was some explanation about how to make the drinks - maybe some tips and tricks for at home. Especially proportions. Otherwise, it was a ton of fun and absolutely delicious.
