Liberty Center Dental Care, West Chester Township OH

Unhappy with service at the front desk, waited for my appointment for more than three months, and the lady at the front wasn’t able to get hold of the insurance company, she gave me her card to call her next day after verifying with my insurance. We verified with insurance that we have dental plan, then called her, she said she will call me back because she is busy, the day passed, I called the second time next day she told me she is busy again and to wait for her call in the same day, the day passed then I have to until we are over with the weekend, I called Monday, the gave me and appointment to the end of March. God know when will the verify with me about the insurance.

My granddaughter is 4 yrs old and LOVES Liberty Center Dental! She enjoys the people who work on her teeth! I Love the fact that she is well taken care of and Loves this dental office!

Today was my first day at Liberty Center Dental Care and I had a wonderful experience. My Dental hygienist was very friendly and welcoming. The Dentist was very friendly as well. The facility is beautiful and very well kept. I look forward to continuing my Dental care at this facility.

I had a great experience for my first visit. I called 15+ offices to schedule an appointment, only to be denied because of insurance issues. Jennifer, the kind receptionist, took time to look up my insurance and was able to schedule an appointment. Dr. Snell and staff are friendly, helpful, and thorough. Thanks for a great experience.

They diagnosed issues that no other previous dentist had been able to see or address. I feel like my dental health is extremely important to them and I appreciate their willingness to walk me through my next steps to correct my dental mishaps. Everyone from reception/check-in, dental hygienists, and the doctor/dentist were friendly, informative, patient, and professional. Need a dentist? My daughter & I have been seeing Dr. Snell for a few years now! He has a beautiful, clean office at Liberty Center. His office staff knows us by name & Dr. Snell has amazing bedside manner- especially for my young daughter. He’s a great dentist & I’d recommend him to anyone!

Dr Erik Snell has a sense of humor and all of the staff are so friendly!
Must be a good place to work because it seemed like everyone there was happy and wanted to be there. My daughter went there first and she really likes him also and all the people there are always so kind. It makes you want to go to the dentist. No scolding or shaming you for not taking better care of your teeth. The office is at Liberty Way and is beautiful and has all the state of the art equipment. My old dentist retired. I really like this place and will be going back always! Thank You For Great Experience!

I've been with Liberty Center Dental around 1-1/2 years and within that time I've had a total of six crowns-one was a messed up crown from a previous dentist. I've found the office and staff are up-to-date with the latest equipment and procedures at a price that is certainly not above the average. I've paid as much for crowns in other offices not anywhere near up-t0-date. Dr. Snell is really great making sure that you are well taken care of and spends the necessary time with me. I can say all the staff make you feel right at home. I've had so many crowns it feels like a 2nd home! The front desk is as important as the dental care, I've found, and the office manager knows insurance. I do not have any problems being overcharged or big surprises-that makes me happy.

I live 45 minutes away from here but I don’t mind the drive at all! Very friendly staff! They always make sure I’m comfortable & do great work! I highly recommend them!
