I can't trust a company that can't afford insurance!

If they wreck my car while test driving it (after repairs), they will NOT cover cost of repairs (they don't have insurance to cover accidents). The lady had the nerve to say that I should just trust them, LOL. Accidents have nothing to do with trust!

Repairs on my 2022 Subaru Outback were spot on! I was able to drive it again, and it feels and looks like when I first bought it new!

Honest and helpful. Took my car to 2 other places, all different recommendations. This one was the most straightforward.

Picked my car up today. I am extremely pleased. Robin did a great job and kept me in the loop on progress. I’m so glad I chose this repair shop. I will definitely only use them if any other collision repairs are needed

Lady told me they don't do frame repairs even though the website clearly states they do. Than made it seem like they wouldn't even bring me in for a estimate just cause they don't have a contract with my specific insurer. Pretty bad business if you ask me.

Pat had amazing communication. She kept us updated every single day on the progress of our vehicle. The process of getting our car fixed was very quick and easy. The staff at Liberty Collision Center were patient with us when dealing with our insurance company to determine which deductible applied. I highly recommend this place!

I got in an accident the end of January. March 27th my car was dropped off. A week and two days later my car was completed. Liberty Collision Center kept constant communication on the progress of my vehicle repair. My car looks amazing and they even cleaned my car out. They provided thorough aftercare instructions to me. The customer service is top tier. I will recommend them to anyone and if I need body work I will return.

They are very personable and professional. They kept us updated on the progress. They were able to do the work quickly. Attentions to details and excellent workmanship. They even detailed the inside of the vehicle. We will highly recommend to our family and friends. Big thanks to Robbin you were great.

Liberty had said it would take up to 4 weeks for the services but got it finished in 1 week. Great job done and very friendly people.

The workmanship at Liberty is horrific. I took my car to them after hitting debris on the highway, tearing up the front end of my car. There were multiple delays receiving my car because they couldn't get my headlamp to work. When I did finally receive my car, my right headlamp still didn't work. When I called, they said it might just be the bulb. After some work on my end, it turns out they forgot to plug it back in after working on it! In addition, none of the buttons controlling my infotainment system worked. They told me they didn't think it was related to the damage, but would look at it. I took it back to Liberty on two different occasions and they still couldn't figure out why the buttons were not working. They told me to take it to the dealership on my own dime and it would be up to me to prove it was related to the damage and only then would Liberty pay for it. After taking my car to the dealership, I was told Liberty removed one of the fuses and forgot to replace it. How they managed to look at my car on two separate occasions and still not figure out the fuse was missing is scary. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere but Liberty.

Had an appointment at 11 for an estimate and they were right on time. Was in and out fast including the.appointment set for the repair.
