First, they are very nice people there I will say that. I started 04/08/2021, and was told not to return 04/09/2021 because I had a doctors appointment for my 2 year old daughter at 9 am (a BREATHING TREATMENT for her asthma because she is too young for the inhaler) which I will say I completely forgot about due to stress over my previous job loss. I called and said I would COME AFTER her appointment was over 1130-12, was told don’t worry about it.should’ve told me then I was fired FYI. Anyways when I took my bucket back to get restocked for Monday I was told not to return. They lost a very good cleaner I will say that, I feel like this is just foul and wrong. But my family ESPECIALLY MY CHILD will always come first and if you’re going to fire someone for saying they will be in a few hours later then I don’t want to work for that person anyways. Hope you get a better understanding of life and give people the benefit of the doubt and some opportunity no one you rotate through employees

Liberty Maids is a "mom & pop" shop that was sort of forced on me in the beginning, due to a requirement of regular house cleaning in a newer/bigger house. I'll admit that I was against a cleaning service, initially, as I have typically always been against paying someone to clean my house. Since this was not a battle I wanted at the time, I opted to give in and let the chips fall where they may. Having hired LM to clean the house once-monthly since 2016, I now see why folks enjoy a cleaning service - it saves you time, which is worth more than the rate that this service costs. You don't have to take my word for it, but it may help to know that I retained their services through their crazy turnover period, this pandemic, and through a divorce (which rendered the annual cleaning requirement moot). I would recommend at least getting a quote from Liberty Maids, and would recommend their services to anyone looking for an honest organization with local ties. Their rates are affordable, their staff is friendly, and their communication is prompt. Thank you, Liberty Maids staff. I am happy you all weathered this pandemic storm.

I have had the same person clean my home for the 8 past years. Sonya is prompt, efficient, and thorough. She is cheerful and very pleasant to be around. She inquires to see if there is anything that may need special attention. I look forward to seeing her on Mondays.

As a former employee, I really enjoyed working at Liberty Maids. We had the latest and best cleaning supplies as well as Oreck equipment to use on every job. The owners made sure we were paid above average wages. A dispatch manager was always available for questions, directions etc. Liberty Maids is an exceptional employer! They are very honest and caring with employees as well as their customers.

Do not work here. When you quit they refuse to pay you all your wages. My last paycheck was $140 for two weeks of work. None of my tips were included either. At the beginning of employment they make you sign something that says they won’t pay you your full wages if you quit and can’t leave a full two weeks notice. I looked up labor laws and that’s illegal. They also don’t take taxes out. Just be careful. There are better cleaning places to work at that will actually pay you properly.

We love using Liberty Maids and have always had excellent results. They are always happy to work with us on scheduling and special requests. I got a visit from them many years ago as a gift from a friend after as surgery I had - and we have not stopped booking them ever since. Great gift - and great service. Thanks Liberty Maids!
