A family member who was an employee at Liberty Village two months ago encountered monthly incidents of bed bugs in the residents' rooms. The residents DO NOT receive any outings because there are NO funds provided for them. I believe "the facility" DO NOT meet OSHA regulations or The Joint Commission standards nor fire safety regulations. Ask yourself this, would you want to place your elderly family member (s) in a 3.7 rating retirement community?
