I was amazed with the great job the DMV Wapa office did during my last visit there. They demonstrated how a job can be done professionally and friendly.
Waited an hour to be told they can’t do boat registration. I called 15 minutes before going to confirm they can. They took a person before me to do a boat registration. They made an announcement after telling me that they can’t do boat registration.
Literally dont know how to do their job, the site says one thing and theyll tell you differently every single time.

Need to fire everyone in there and hire some workers who have the capability of movement its pretty sad to have to wait 30mins-1hr in line. Its pretty bad that I would rather drive 25 mins to another county just avoid this BMV.
Informative but rude. I was polite as could be to a woman named 'Cheryl', asked my pleases, said my thankyous only to be mumbled at. She sounded like she wasn't having a good day or something.
