License Bureau-Auto reviews
10 The employee I got today was rude.
She acted like I was taking her time her helping me with what I needed,
Which is her job.
But she looked up at my sitting there with this scowl on her face, like I stomped on her cupcake.
Only went here cause I had too.
Not a place I like to go
If I could go negative ratings I would!
Staff always nice and helpful. Organized and clean. I don't mind the trip anymore if needed! Other locations not as friendly and organized.
Shoutout to Cheyenne for her professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to help. By far the best BMV interaction I've had. I've been going to the Lorain BMV for years but they are very unprofessional and rude. The Lorain BMV seems more focused on creating problems than finding solutions. I will be going to the Norwalk BMV here on out. Thank you so much for the wonderful service!
Hey listen, these men and women deal with a lot and they do great at it. If you go in and treat them with courtesy and kindness that's what you get back. I have never had a bad experience. They always wish me a happy birthday, it could only be better if they had birthday cupcakes for everyone!
Pretty sure I've giving this location 5 stare before, but I'll do it again, they are that good. Had to do the normally painful task of titling a Japanese import car. This things don't have VINS, they have chassis codes. The odometer read in km not mile. Both super important things when it comes to titles and plates. The dmv/bmv staff knew exactly how to handle it, inspected the car, did the paper work, and sent me next door.
Yeah the title bureau is in the same building. You take care of what you need to with the friendly and effective folks at the dmv and you can walk 10 feet and take care of the title work. Maybe wait five minute total if your unlucky. Guess what, these people are also friendly and good at what they do. Still not a normal situation here, since it's a vehicle of odd origin and no tax has been paid on its purchase. Handled easily and quickly. I walked another 10 feet, went back to the dmv and got my plates.
Maybe an hour at most and people who do this regular advise to give it weeks and lots and lots of head aches. Nope, not this dmv/title bureau combo location. This is a great example of how government functions that are normally viewed as unpleasant can actually be effective and painless if staffed with good people.
Horrible attitudes & 0 professionalism! Like the customer is at fault for their personal issues! Will drive the extra 20 minutes to Sandusky next time. Have been there numerous times & the staff is awesome! Thought I would give this one a try but it’s a HUGE pass for me!
It was a very bad experience and one of the staff was very rude and irritable and if you asked her anything she would be very rude and answer your questions a thin young woman with blonde hair who had a very bad experience because of her presence
Normally the BMV is quite busy, but traffic moves at a decent pace. Today I was fortunate enough to be one of 3 customers. The folks at the BMV have always been very friendly and patient with my questions. A pleasant experience all around.
Stereotypical government employees that are unhelpful and have bad attitudes. If you have a question or something complicated go somewhere else. The BMV in Sandusky has very nice employees.
The hours should be longer in the day. And the workers' attitude are definitely not the best. It is one of dreadful things I have to do each year
