I don't think anyone looks forward to going to the BMV, but it's something we just need to do sometimes. Today it was very busy and quite crowded. I was there in the afternoon. Even though it was late in the day, all of the workers were being pleasant and very helpful to the customers. The woman who helped me was jovial and had a nice smile. It made the experience much less painful

Wait is much to long. I was there at around 2p.m and didn't leave until 4: 30p.m. Even though they had 7 windows at times there were only 3 windows open at a time.

Very friendly staff. They even came out to get my disabled sister's information so her son could get the tags.was not too bad in afternoon

Walked in at 10 AM and called immediately to the counter. The lady was very courteous and patient with my mom as she renewed her license and her tags. Very short and productive visit.

I went to update my license. I was in and out of there in 15 min.
The lady who assisted me was very helpful and pleasant.

Get there early because it fills up fast. Lady who took care of me was super sweet. Place is clean and friendly and they did an excellent job.

Went 2x on Thursday and 3x on Friday. Wouldn't accept info that I had to show current resident. All this hassle just to get the new "Federal " license

Went to this BMV to get some stuff taken care of. My partner was busy so we got a limited POA doc from the BMV online and completed it. Mind you, no where on this document does it state that it is for someone with a disability… If he was disabled, our doctor would have already notified them. The lady helping me straight up asked me if my partner HAD A DISABILITY. I WAS SHOCKED. Not only did I already feel a bit of an outcast in a small town, but now they were straight up asking about disability only because simply because he was not present. I was so dazed after that point and couldn’t think straight. As someone who has both family and friends with physical and mental disabilities, I was so applauded. There were much better ways to go about asking why the owner couldn’t be present today but to straight up ask that… I’ll never be coming here again.

Fell, broke my hip. At DmV to get handicap placard. Had to set, waiting on my turn. Took about 3 minutes when at the counter. They need to have a express line for this.

Fastest BMV we've ever been to. Everyone who helped us was very kind and helpful too.

Had a great experience. The service was fast, efficient and the lady that helped me had a pleasant demeanor.

Got jumped in front of at the BMV line and no one said anything to her. Confrontation sucks and not my place to say something.
Title office was great!

Very helpful and friendly. But I feel like the building inside needs to be cleaned or updated.
