This urgent care location is the best! Everyone friendly and I was in and out quickly! So convenient too. Highly recommend.

I went in for a covid test. It was super easy and everyone was ready nice. They do rapid testing so I was able to find out my results before I left. Very satisfied.

Made me wait 2 hours and the nurse was rude when I asked how much longer I would have to wait after an hour and a half.

This is not the closest urgent care- but it is the best. But like other reviewer‘s have said there are no labs/blood work done at this location so if that is in your needs, you may want to check out one of the other locations.

Everyone was very friendly, from the girl that checked me in, the tech who did my vitals, the nurse, the X-ray tech and the doctor. Facility was very clean. I was in and out in about an hour which I thought was good considering I had to get a chest X-ray. Will be going back to this location if I have future needs.

Absolute trash. The male doctor was 100% clueless, practically robbed us of our money.they tested me for everything they knew I didn’t have just to act like they did something.waste of money:/

Never coming here again! My mother went in after feeling her heart tightening and not being able to breathe. We first called 911 and decided not to have them take her to the hospital because she started feeling a little better. Went to urgent care after it started up again and a rude old woman spoke to her in a very derogatory way. Absolutely awful experience. She said to never call 911 despite us thinking she was having a heart attack and basically called my mother stupid multiple times. If you need help, do not come here!

It is either hit or miss at this location if they will listen and be helpful at all. I went because I suspected that my 5 year old had croup. Everything I said while talking to the doctor there was dismissed and he kept going on with his speal about what I can do at home. I kept trying to say already knew that is there anything else I can do. I gave up and even asked the nurse and just her a standard answer. I felt like my whole time their was wasted. I already knew he had croup he was having trouble sleeping at night that is why I came.

Do not go here for X-rays.

I went with an order from my doctor and paid $500 but they refuse to send the X-rays to my doctor. They saying my doctor has to call them and request the X-rays. If they would have told me this up front I would have gone some where else.any place that uses a little bit of common sense. I had an order from my doctor, what more do you need to have my Xrays sent there? !

Best Urgent Care I have been to. Took my daughter there after she injured her hand playing softball. All the staff from the receptionist to the doctor were extremely nice. Doctor didn’t seem to be in a rush and took time to listen to my daughter and explain to her the findings on the X-ray and even crack a few jokes to get her laughing. So very pleasant experience.

The woman nurse practitioner at the Cherry Valley urgent care is so completely rude and full of herself! No bedside manner whatsoever! Almost 3 weeks after my 14 year old son was diagnosed with the flu, he was experiencing progressively worse and worse chest pain. This woman immediately dismissed him as having absolutely nothing wrong. Found out later, it was pleurisy! Which was very painful!

Another occasion, I brought my 4 year old son in for having flu - like symptoms a few weeks after a tick bite. I had kept the tick in the freezer, just in case, and when I checked the tick bite site at the onset of the flulike symptoms, I noticed it had grown a halo around (it was not on an exposed part of his body that I would normally see everyday). Took him in to the urgent care and once she came in, she immediately said it wasn’t a tick bite. Haha! I had brought the frozen tick with me! I had physically removed the tick! And she argued and argued with me, saying it was simply eczema and that I should simply apply a topical cream! Next day, we were able to get in with the pediatrician who, right away, was concerned and prescribed antibiotics! And, guess what! It disappeared after the round of antibiotics! I mean this was a 4 year old who may have gotten Lyme Disease from this woman’s stubbornness at wanting to be right instead of listening to, and considering her patient’s symptoms!

Have used this urgent care several times and always in and out in no time. The staff is always very friendly including the P. A. Meghan. They have always taken great care of me.

Horrible experience! I have been here 3 times the nurses are very rude. Staff is just down right disrespectful. They are not understanding in anyway. Do not recommend this urgent care to anyone. Drive to the other two urgent cares in Newark, for the service is far better.

Tldr: the doctor didn't listen to me, wasn't thorough, and ultimately didnt have what I needed.

The nurses and receptionsist were nice when I went. My bad experience comes from the doctor. I am from out of town and I went in for a sprained ankle and for neck pain that I'd been having for months. I had hoped to get a boot for my ankle becuase I had a lot.of walking around to do that weekend but all they had was a brace that didn't help at all (I needed my up and down movement to be stabalized) and the brace actually rubbed and irritated my shin more than I t was worth I made a quick trip to Kroger and got a $10 brace that worked 100 times better and ended up throwing away the brace that they gave me.
After they had given me the useless brace the doctor proceeded to ask me just one question about the pain I had been having in my neck which was just how long I'd been having it. Didnt ask where or how bad it was. He then just gently touched my neck (didnt have me turn my head and didnt look at my spine) and told me that the pain was only muscular. Prescribed me a muscle relaxer and didnt have follow up suggestions. It was so unprofessional and not thorough. I felt defeated and unheard because I had been experiencing such awful pain for months only for him to spend about 1 minute "examining" me and telling me it's nothing to worry about. I wish I had gone somewhere else instead of wasting my time and money.

Very efficient and friendly. I have a deductible but I was broke. So thankfully, they can treat you and send you the bill.
