Supposed to be opened at 11.1115? Still nobody here. Guess you didn't want my business. Save yourself some time and go to the Rally House in the Home Depot plaza. Just a matter of time before this place is out of business.

Unfriendly employee. Not going back. She kept looking at me and my friend like we were gonna steal something. Sorta chuckled at me when I was paying in all ones. Don’t recommend that place at all!

Staff was friendly. Lots of hats. My husband likes to go here because some of tge hats are unique & he doesn't see anyone with a hat like his. Store was clean & not crowded.

Super great store love it got a lot of Father's Day gifts out of there and two birthday gifts will be going back

I got the same image saved like 3x from difficulties searching

1st time taking my son 8 yrs old into the store to get his first fitted hat. (which I explained)
Kid was pretty excited to bad the employee didn’t have that same energy.
Can ya help size his head so we know what to look for?
“Nope we don’t measure heads just try on hats”
Hmmm okay so thats what we did which seemed strange but we found a size and due to the poor sales rep lack of engagement I found his size and will order elsewhere.
No greet / how can I help you (do they still do these things?)
Anyway just reminded myself why I order everything online these days and will never go back to Lids when purchasing a hat.

They were hot in the store for over an hour then when the guy came back smelling like green he couldn’t get the card machine to work for I no I’d go waste a trip from Toledo. Waited an hour and half for nothing
