Life Line Screening reviews
8 We are being food poisoned at the cellular level.think good things and be great.
Now is the time to eat fresh food including proteins, greens and some super foods to add energy.
Being aware and not eating bagged, canned or processed foods.
Get a test and then make sure to eat healthy and do not take medicine.
Tests completed on 11/1/2023. Results promised in a few weeks but I am still missing two of them. Calls on 12/4,12/14 and 12/21 have yielded no follow up. I have filed complaint with BBB for a refund. And one of the results I did receive was inaccurate because they didn’t tell me to not work out beforehand.
Show up before designated time for appointment and 40 minutes later I’m still waiting. When I asked the girl at the front desk about the wait and that I’d leave in another ten minutes she gave me a very curt reply that I could go ahead and leave. Insurance doesn’t even pay for these scans/tests so I’d expect that if I’m paying out of pocket I’d have my appointment time respected. Add to that, the people that didn’t fill out their medical history online are being asked it aloud in the same room with 10-12 other people. In ten minutes I’m leaving and disputing the credit card charge. Matthews, NC October 5th. Appointment at 3pm and here I sit at 3: 37 twiddling my thumbs.
Don't do what I did and fall for their false advertising and lying to the public and pay over two hundred dollars for false tests and false results.the results look like they were printed off a website and no Dr.to read them.
This company is a scam. I first signed up for a screening but after reading bad reviews, I tried to cancel the service. It was not made clear at first that I was signing up for a very costly membership. I was led to believe that I was paying only for my screening. Not at all the case. I called 5 times to cancel and was given the run around. Finally today was told they canceled it. I'll give it couple days to see if my credit card gets refunded. Not holding my breath.
Received a flyer for $159 which required a phone call. They try to upsell you during the appointment call. Very rude and a waste of my time. I ended up hanging up out of pure frustration!
Went yesterday in NJ. I had been 15 years prior but this was a far more enhanced experience. Everyone was cheerful, personable and pleasant. I was impressed with the efficiency of the tests and operations. I wish my Drs office would test for cholesterol this quickly and effortlessly.
I’ve gone twice so far and after second screening I’m done. It’s a rush job and staff is so impersonal, you are just a number. Don’t ask questions about the tests, they don’t want to give any answers. This also leaves the question of accuracy of the tests or a gimmick to keep you coming back. The concept is great if they revamped the customer/ patient care.
