Very easy to reserve, Paul was super helpful and polite! These units are very easy to access and are perfectly sized for my needs!

Check in was quick and easy. Paul was very polite and friendly, and more importantly the storage unit was clean and easily accessible. I will definitely let friends and family know about this place!

I had a storage unit here for about a year and a half, no longer needed it. But one of the best places to go to for storage! Super easy and uncomplicated.

I called in to reserve a storage unit. I talked about when I could come in and sign. I was told to be there before 1 because lunch is 1-2. I arrived at 12: 35 and the door was locked with a sign that said out for lunch till 2: 15. I called the number I used to reserve with not much help. I will update this review if there is a resolution to the problem.

I spoke with someone yesterday she was friendly everything was fine down to the amount that I needed to pay. I go in this morning Saturday 5/12.the price was much higher and I was not satisfied. The facility was nice. But I don't like to be bamboozled into a price that was not agreed on.

Donno how to rate cause this is the first storage place I've been to. But the storage room was very clean and dry.

I rented a U-Haul through life storage. They overcharged me by writing the wrong starting mileage and it took some time to credit my account due to the Fourth of July holiday-but they did refund the amount over charged. Otherwise everything was OK with their service.

I did not like that they raised the prices for the smaller units. It keeps a bad smell that is pretty bad. I will not use them again. The office staff was not very customer friendly.

Secure place, nice enough guys, but I was lied to about how the rates worked and am out a good chunk of change.

Jullian was awesome. Friendly professional, and personable. Try to keep him as long as you can!

Moving is one of the most stressful things you can do, and the last thing you want is any problems with your storage space or uhaul. Thankfully the manager Joe Overbee went above and beyond to insure I had nothing to worry about on his end. I was a less than ideal customer, requesting 2 last second extensions on my uhaul but Joe was very understanding and took care of me. The gentleman even offered to help me unload durring his lunch break. Could not reccomend more.

Joe Overbee went above and beyond to help my boyfriend and I with our unit. He even offered to help us carry something. Which was above and beyond. Very reasonable, understanding of circumstances, and a nice place all around. Highly recommend

I dont have anything good to say i had an experience and it went to hell. They first offered half off sec month but they have made mistakes jus wont fix the problem and steady adding more money that i have to pay
