I will never refer anyone to this place I had my unit broken in within the first week and called to turn in my Clam and never received a single call from the insurance company for the storage unit and I was lied to by the employees this company is full of fake people and I have no choice left but to contact 6 on your side and let them handle it

Easy check-in and reservation. I called to cancel my reservation after emptying my unit and to my surprise, Jen had already completed the process. She’s super friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone around the area.

I had a wonderful experience, customer service ratings should of been 10 stars. Storages were very clean and well put. Also I enjoyed the service rendered. I would recommend everyone to go there. Make sure you ask for Jenn she was so pleasant to work with.

Let me first say that the customer service up until my vehicle was vandalized was superior. Jen was the manager and she was very helpful very wonderful she was always accommodating they are easy to work with. That being said my truck was vandalized at my residence and so I decided to move it to a secure storage facility and pay nearly $100 a month for that storage space well at the storage space it was very badly vandalized they cut my entire exhaust off and I'm so upset about that that I don't even know if there's any other damage because I haven't been back to look at it. When I tried to get the company to help me because it is a loss that was caused by its sitting in their facility which is supposed to be secure and I was paying for that they told me to call my insurance well my insurance doesn't cover vandalism for one thing but second if I wanted that to be the case then I would just park the car on the street somewhere it's ridiculous that they won't do anything about it they did give me a month of free storage but I can that's not going to cover the cost of a brand new exhaust for a historical vehicle it's not happening so if they would make it right then I would say that they were a great place because I haven't had any issues with any of the employees they have been wonderful up until this point when something bad happened they were not willing to make it right.

Great service, Jenn answered all my questions and went over everything I would need with my rental. Great overall expand service!

The staff are amazing and getting checked in was an easy process. Just from the tour of the place before signing the rental agreement it is clean, well lit, and the units all have wide doors that will make getting appliances or large pieces of furniture in easily. They offer auto pay and online payment as well as other amenities. Would recommend 10/10

I DO NOT recommend this storage facility. High amount of THEFT. We chose it because of close proximity to our home and lower cost. We have had our 24ft travel trailer stored there for almost 3 years now. It had been broken into 3 times. Items stolen in past and today we discovered it was attempted to be broken into again after sustaining damage by a crow bar. It was broken into twice since management change. We've noticed the main gait left open several times allowing anyone to come in. Very poor security here. They must not make rounds of the property to assess for theft damage nor watch any video cameras. Nor do they notify the owners when property is damaged. We've also seen stolen items dumped inside the fence next to some other campers that are stored there. Needless to say we will be finally removing our camper from this storage facility.

Jenn was very helpful and friendly. Her hospitality was outstanding and I would recommend going through her for your storage needs at life storage.

My morning was a train wreck, but the fine staffers at Life Storage helped me navigate the process at their location. Keep up the good work.

The staff here is amazing! Always plesant, helpful and professional. The property is kept up nicely and units are easily accessible.
