Life Storage - Parma Heights

I’ve had a unit there since the beginning of October. It’s very conveniently located to where I am staying. It’s brand new and so very clean. The hours of access are long, from 6 am to 10 pm seven days a week, so there’s no problem getting in. Everything’s on one floor, so you don’t need to use elevators….

The only not so positive thing I could say, is that though I was told that the unit I rented would accommodate all the furnishings and home goods from a two bedroom apartment, I’ve found I need a second one.

Pete and Sherry were most kind, understanding, and easy to work with.
The facility is clean. The units are easy to access.

My recent visit at the office in Parma Hts.was very plesant. I had a very thorough walk through of the property, shown my unit, and was on my way, for uploading my boxes. If your in need of a storage locker, check these guys out.

Peter was so nice and very helpful. I give him 10 stars. Although don't believe the first month free (it definitely wasn't free) and they MAKE you pay insurance monthly. All of this should not be hidden

These guys are great! Not only was our upgrade to a larger unit amazingly easy but Peter helped us out in a time crunching emergency to get into our unit. I love that they play music in the space so it doesn't feel weird when you're in there by yourself. Thanks so much Peter for being an awesome human and giving such great customer care. Best people I've ever worked with when renting a unit. I move around alot so I tend to rent a lot of units in different areas.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming, but the company keeps raising their rates every four to six months. During these times of inflation is taking advantage of people.

I was in desperate need of storage for a year for a big priceless antique. The contact person answered all my questions and walked me through the contract. They were kind, personable and knowledgeable and most of all I got a good deal for signing up for a year and paying ahead. It was a third of the price of the other place. I needed climate controlled storage! The moving company had no trouble when the priceless antique moved in. Bravo life storage in Parma Heights!

After they were bought out they raised my monthly rate. Tried contacting them by email and no one got back to me. Great customer service if you ask me. Go to uhaul they have better rates so flip this place

Nice, clean and secure facility. Love seeing the high tech cameras all over the building. They appear to be the AI cameras so thieves beware! The after hours guard dogs roaming the interior and exterior makes me feel like my belongings are safe from intruders!

Peter was excellent in providing information re: storage facility and options. He was patient and explained the contract. Since my sister uses a walker, we were pleased with the unit assigned being closer to the entrance. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Well first of all Angie and coworker were very friendly which already made a big difference. Angie explained everything to us thoroughly and both she and coworker accompanied us to our storage stall making sure we had understood all the instructions.

I rent from the new location on 130th. I have to say it is very clean, smells clean, bathroom is always clean. Employees are always friendly and out going and will to assist when possible.

Extremely clean facility office staff is easy to get along with and very reactive to requests. One of the best places I’ve ever used for storage I highly recommend them easy to get into easy to get out of large parking lot. Love it.

The staff at this location is nop notch! Place is clean, staff is friendly, and access is always available, easy in and out - unlike other locations - this one takes the cake! I also enjoy the music that plays because sometimes storage units can be very creepy.
