Devin, my nurse was very respectful and professional. Got me in right away. My nurse practitioner Jessica Tucker was awesome. She did a thorough examination and diagnosed the issue right away. Respectful, professional, and caring.

Zero stars would be accurate. I called 4 days in a row now trying to reach office staff and nobody answers. The phone literally rang for 2 minutes before the voicemail option was available. I just need a document and can't get a response. Unprofessional and very disappointing to let my child suffer in pain because people can't do their JOB

If you show up 10 minutes before your appointment as requested. You are retarded. Appointments are seen an HOUR after scheduled. And as long as you aren't expecting hospitality or kindness, you'll do fine

I have been a patient here for almost a year. At first I thought this place was great. Now that I’ve been there for a bit, I can see clearly. The people at the reception desk are rude and unprofessional. My doctor has insulted me on several occasions and had a horrible dental experience there as well. I’ve been trying to call for over a week (I don’t drive so no other option) to get my appointment moved up so I can get my diabetic medication continued and no one will answer the phone.it doesn’t matter when during business hours that I call, the phone just rings and rings and rings. Here I sit with no glucose sensor, no metformin, no jardiance and no atorvastatin. I can’t find another PCP so I guess I just keep calling and hope they eventually decide to do their job and answer the phone.

Dr. Mun did a surgery on me today and he was very kind and respectful and so was his assistant. The best!

Dr. Fisher is thee most compassionate, caring, efficient, and intelligent dentist I have ever seen! I saw 2 others before him with 2 impacted wisdom teeth and an infected molar. I was in horrible extreme pain constantly! I am still on my journey to having a pain free mouth but I am at ease knowing him and his team of staff will get me there! When everyone else turned me away and for all my insurance company and other dental offices cared I would have been hospitalized with sepsis! They made sure I had all of the medication I needed time and time again no matter how busy they got, they always made time for me to make sure I am being taken care of and they always keep me in the loop with voicemails, emails ect. So that I am not just sitting around waiting not knowing what is going on! They do their jobs and make it so simple and stress free where so many other places these days make everything so difficult and complicated. These people truly care and deserve recognition! I am so grateful they are here in Canton! We need more care providers like them! Thank you Dr. Fisher and team! I am a single mom and couldn’t have made it through this without you all!

Had a really bad mouth infection. Doctor's got me right in with a next day appointment.said I had to see their dentist so they got me right in but couldn't help me so they sent me to the ER but when I called them later in the day explaining my emergency.having needed more medicated mouthwash, I got no return call. Very poor follow up

The so called doctors and nurses here are a joke go elsewhere if you can they have no sense of urgency or care for their patients Dr. Whitwell is a joke and needs fired as well as his nurse assistant laughing while talking with me unprofessional

If I could rate 0 stars, I sure would! The reception desk if you call it that is awful! The people who are operating said desk are completely useless at their jobs and have no clue how to handle people in any setting yet alone one they chose to do! Complete joke of a facility! DO NOT GO HERE! The pain you may be experiencing dental wise is far better than the agony of dealing with a below grade medical facility!

I have been there for 3 years now and am about to go on my 3rd provider due to them leaving the office sounds like a management issue to me if they can not keep their staff
