8Clean, caring, and very comfortable for the patient and family. Seemingly, they thought of everything. They provide for the family as well as the patient.
I have been harassed by their advertisements in the mail. I have requested for 6 years to be taken off their mailing list. They still send me information about their services and ask for donations.
My sister recently passed. She had been in Hospice care and I have nothing but praise for everyone involved in her care. These caregivers went above and beyond and allowed my sister to transition with dignity. Many thanks to all of you.
I have been on Hospice since mid January and have absolutely no complaints. Everyone has been eager to help me whenever I need them. This morning I had trouble with my catheter and I couldn't get it to take liquid or remove liquid. I called and a lady was here in 20 minutes and gone in 15 minutes. Like a guardian angel. I love my team, Tiffany, Chad and my chaplain, Ginger. Thanks everyone.
This facility has been really great with my grandpa's care and letting family come in and go as they please and keeping us informed as to what's happening. Grandpa seems to be mostly peaceful. I'd recommend this place to my children to put me in. I hope I get a say!
Incredible staff took great care of my father. Everyone was very polite and conscientious, but Doug was our favorite!
This was such a wonderful place. They took excellent care of our Mom for 2 months. Treated her like family. Mich love and support given. Dr. Lance is wonderful. The Chaplins were great. I dealt with 2 social workers the one mom had when at home was wonderful. The one she had after going into hospice not so much. I plan on speaking to someone about this. As far as everyone else we dealt with. Wonderful wonderful wonderful. I can't say enough about the hands on care Mom received.
