Canceled my 1st appointment without letting me know. I asked why and the phone representative gave me attitude and said they cant do anything. Found out they didnt tale my insurance even though they are the ones who matched me.

My time with Logan McGinty was very good and helpful. I feel good about my prescriptions and how I am coping with life. I really like lifeStance.

I think it is a great place to vent! My therapist is a very experienced and knowledgeable also a good listener! I highly recommend this service to all ask for Linda! She’s the best!

Quick Service. Barely sat down in waiting area when called to see my Dr. He spent every minute of my allotted time talking with me. Very kind and caring person. Was able to help me with all my questions. Pleasant receptionist. The only issue is finding the office because the outdoor signs are hard to see but not my Dr. Offices fault. So my advice is get there early in case you have to ask for help. My GPS was spot on but like I said no signs where visible.

Dr Brian Howard will let you withdrawal from your meds all while not answering for months. I have never been so insulted by a healthcare company as I have under the care of Dr Howard. He is inattentive, only talks about himself and as mentioned before- will vanish on you and not refill your meds! Then to add insult to injury he will send you a letter dismissing you as his client for “non compliance” to the treatment plan! Abhorrent behavior! Trust me Dr Howard, I had no intentions of being screwed out of my meds and help by you but I’m glad you think so! I have an appt with a new doctor here so I’m hoping it’s not a trend but tread lightly here!

Love my new Dr but lifestance is threatening me with collections for a bill I have already paid and can prove I paid with Dr Howard. I have called and sent messages multiple times to no avail and keep getting the bill in the mail.

Infuriatingly frustrating! DO BETTER

I have been seeing a Board Certified Mental Health Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Life Stance Health for over 10 years now as of September, 2023. Lacey Kolb is practicing out of the Easton Life Stance Health office in Columbus, Ohio. I live 50 miles away from the office, so it is convenient to see her through Tele-Health over my smartphone or computer. Lacey is highly skilled, very experienced and quite friendly. She can prescribe just the right medicine for my specific mental health needs, and her medical advice, prescriptions and personal counseling have helped me tremendously over the years on a personal level. I would highly recommend Life Stance Health for anyone struggling with mental health issues. I can say with confidence that you won’t regret it!

I’m a new patient here and I’m happy that I came. Logan McGinty is wonderful and I’m very comfortable talking with him and feel like he understands me and will take care of my needs. I like the patient portal system and had no problem getting an appointment when I needed one. Convenient location and nice office space.

My nurse practioner found out what was wrong with me when two MAJOR hospitals could not. As soon as we met, he submitted blood samples. It's my kidneys and not my appendix or being made in my head. I've been to many places over the years and I was learn at first to see a nurse practioner, but, this was the BEST decision I have EVER made in my life.

The therapist are good but the communication breaks down between the client, the receptionist, or the pharmacy.

What started off as a great experience really changed when my therapist left the company alongside billing issues.

Switching from PsychBC to LifeStance has dramatically changed the servicing of their customers.

I have had such a great experience here. I had completely lost hope in our healthcare system, especially when it comes to mental health until I found lifestance! I finally feel like I'm being listened to and understood.

Best experience I've ever had. My doctor was so caring and understanding and I could be myself!
