I haven't put a new roof on my house. They had to come back out, because they forgot to put part of my roof on. I've had to get in contact again with my sales rep, because some of the shingles on the edge of the the roof are buckling. When they put the trim back on my siding they didn't put it back on right.

I would recommend Lifetime Quality Roofing. Kyle inspected the roof, found a problem and was in contact with us and insurance. Workers came early in the morning and a new roof was installed by noon. All debris was carefully cleaned up. New roof is looking great.

We had a great experience with Lifetime roofing. Starting from the fact that they worked with our insurance company to get us a new roof (which I never thought would happen), to coming back and tweaking minute details, to the beautiful look of our brand new roof. We couldn't be happier.

After a bad hail storm a friend suggested this business. I called and they came out quickly and inspected my roof. After finding damage they worked with me to call insurance and go thru the process of getting it replaced. After the winter they came out and replaced my roof in a day. The color looks great and neighbors have mentioned how nice it looks. I have never gone thru the process of getting a new roof but they made it as smooth and painless as possible. Now they are also helping me with my siding.

Lifetime Quality Roofing was able to get me a new roof at only the cost of my deductible. I worked with Jacob Beck who was great handling all of my questions and explaining how the process worked. He took care of everything with the insurance company so all I had to do was pick out the color of new shingles. Highly recommend contacting Jacob before you call a roofer to see if there is any damage he can help you with.

Bad experience with Lifetime Quality Roofing, I paid half price before replacing the the roof, and paid the other half after the project. But later they sent me an final invoice and showed and I still owe them money, they filed claim to my insurance company, and get some money from them and I sent the money to them, but almost after more than a year, they asked collector to collect money against me, I called the contact person to argue, and he is very rude and not professional. Not recommend to do business with this compamy.

After a very bad hail storm came through, Lifetime Quality Roofing came out to check my roof & gutters. They found a lot of damage and Cody from there helped me make the call to insurance to describe what was going on. My insurance agreed it needed replaced and Lifetime came to my house to help me pick the roof and gutter colors. My roof was done while on vacation and I came home to my house looking great. They cleaned up well and no evidence they were there. Josh V then took over my account and he helped me when had issues with insurance only wanting to replace a few gutters leaving the rest not matching. On gutter day, Lifetime came in and all my gutters were replaced and matching! Besides issues working with my insurance, Lifetime was able to get me a new roof and all new gutters covered by insurance. The process was easy and I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs!

Chris Hamilton at Lifetime excelled with helping me with a full roof replacement on my home. His communication is absolutely spot on with both myself and with the adjuster (s) we worked with. Insurance did not make it a smooth process, yet Chris was informative and supportive along the entire way. I absolutely recommend this company. The experience went so well I decided to go with them for a solar panel install too. It makes sense to have your roof and solar under one roof so to speak - haha.

Ben conducted an inspection of our roof due to water leaking into the interior walls. He came out immediately when I contacted him and found the problem in no time. He quickly identified what was needed to fix the issue and still completed a thorough inspection to ensure there were no other problems.
