Eriq was a great, no pressure, salesman. Listened to us about what we did & didn't want. Found a vehicle that fit our budget, drove great, reasonably priced, and worked for both of us. That is no small feat! Only issue was a long process with several interruptions

When I left I had one tire with one leg nut that was tight. This could have done a lot of damage to my truck. This was an old change and a tire rotation

Everything was good before I actually purchased the car. This is post buying of car. Keep in mind I payed full purchase price, never even tried to get price lowered. Two months later still waiting on my owners manual they said they would get me. Red flag if something so small. I was talked in to purchasing a extended car warranty National. First time trying to use got turned down 3 different shops. Went back to Lima Auto mall alternator is out, they said it would cover cost. I knew there was$100 deductible. Even after they billed National around $400 I still had to pay $375 for serpentine belt and alignment oh they can verify there numbers, but come on think about this almost $800 for alternator serpentine belt and alignment. Not right no matter how they spin it, and not to mention my payments to National.

I love the fact that Lima Auto Mall is a family owned business and the salespeople do not work on commission. The business motto is “The customer is our primary concern and each will be treated fairly. The salesman That was helping me was nothing but honest and extremely helpful, he listened to my needs /wants. He stayed after closing until we found the perfect vehicle I appreciate the fact that Lima Auto Mall is

Unprofessional. Scheduled appointment to purchase vehicle and told them it's a 6 hour round trip. Called us when our family was over halfway there and told us they sold it. Sales manager wouldn't even return call while we waited to head back home.

Edit - Talked to Ryan after 3 attempts to reach him. Did not have all the facts correct as we were told others had backed out and to head on over. Regardless he stands behind their "owners 108 year policy of first come first serve" so you have to be there to secure a vehicle. Be warned they will NOT hold a vehicle for you even if they say they will.

Had concerns over a manufacturing defect on car, tried to express to gentleman checking in car for service. He had no interest at all in listening. Proceeded the day after to talk with management, felt this was a GM issue, was told they would give me an estimate on what it would cost me to fix? After telling me they have had several cars in with the same problem. Time to find a new dealer that wants repeat business.
