8They delivered an oxygen breathing machine bud did not deliver the water bottle that goes with. The driver would not come out to drop one off because it was after 5: 00 on a Friday. I requested the water bottle when I ordered it!
The people are great! Management not so much. They won't provide me with a carrier/bag for my D tanks that I can use. I need a strap that will go over my head and across my chest. Backpack, hang on shoulder, tank hanging vertically and banging on my leg don't work. Are inconsistent in providing/fixing O2 concentrator. Have one too loud for conversations. Have to keep in living/dining room in townhouse. Where is the replacement?
Horrible customer service! They do not care about their customers. Sometimes spend 40 minutes or more on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone. They tell you they will call you back and then don't. I don't know how they remain in business.
Lincare is wonderful. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful with all my needs. I have COPD and need an oxygen concentrator When I travel I call and they send a concentrator to my hotel for the length of my stay.
This place is tore up nowadays. Pretty sure they are getting paid by insurance companies, with the assumption they are providing products to the insured, but they are not. They will get busted soon I bet. Been trying for 6 weeks to get my wife’s regularly scheduled oxygen, and if and when they answer the phone, they put me on hold for an hour, then say they will look into it and call me back. They never do. Criminals for sure. They used to be cool, up until 6 weeks ago. Bet you hear them on the news soon. Lawsuits from people’s families who died from not getting there supplies. Evil people
Horrible customer service. If you can use another company.do that. My brother is unable to get his tubefeed due to their poor management. They don't answer the phone or they leave you on hold for close to an hour. They do not care about the individuals that rely on them.
It is absolutely impossible to get ahold of anyone at this office by telephone, email or postal mail. You leave messages and they go unreturned from voicemail. Emails and letters go unanswered. Physician orders unfilled. Totally a sloppy, unprofessional business who sadly keep in business by having exclusive contracts with major insurance companies that force subscribers to use Lincare only.
